The story is ,he loved her since the beginning, and he coincidentally met her on a bus ride from another state to their place. Things was going okay until he accidentally kissed her while she was sleeping and she was so angry about that and didn't believed that it was accidental. He ran away from the bus and next day it was his sister's engagement and the groom was the actress's (the one who got kissed) elder brother. Even though her brother was searching for the man who kissed her, she didn't say that the one who kissed her is actually his soon to be wife's brother because she don't want their relationship to be messed up. This music video is showing them shopping and planning together for their siblings wedding (the actor's sister and the actress's brother are soon to be married as I mentioned). And she still thinks that he kissed her intentionally while he still loves her and is trying to make her understand that it was an accident. I recommend watching the movie, it's amazing
