Curing times will vary by the brand you’re using! It is best to always follow the instructions of the brand of gel you’re using on this because improper curing time can lead to developing allergies!
The gelcare polish instructions are: Base coat flash cure for 5 seconds then 60 seconds for each hand. For the actual polish skip the flash cure & cure for 60 seconds for each coat of polish. Add top coat and cure 3 full minutes. If the gel is still sticky cure again until it is not and use thinner coats the next time as this is a sign you applied too much. Hope that helps!
