After a fairy colouring mishap, I decided it was time to properly compare all my Gel Pens. After swatching all my gel pen sets, it was time for the final showdown; Pen vs Pen! Some surprising results, especially when you factor in the pricing.

glad you are doing this. I am forever purchasing gel pens . Recently I purchased a nice huge pack and about half were dried up before I even used them once.

Have you ever tried Wilko's gel pens. I got some recently, but I've never tried to colour with gel pens, and I was inspired to try as I watched this video. And I'm pretty impressed. Pretty cheap too.

Hi Holly! No, I haven't tried Wilko's Gel Pens... we don't have a Wilko near us. I love colouring will Glitter Gel Pens... sparkly fun! Enjoy yours :)

Do you use Colorit gel pens? Do you have ones you use more than others? I find it hard to find large sets of standard gel pens. Not neon, glitter, pastel etc. Just regular colors like a pencil set. Thanks for the video.

ColorIt gel pens are not available in the UK. It's been a few years since I made this video now and my favourite glitter only gel pens are Chromatek. With regard to non-glitter gel pens, I can't seem to get big big packs, but there are some packs around with 20 or so

Ugh, right??! I recently just got the 240 Tanmit set (technically 120 pens with 120 matching refills) and not only am I already regretting it because I forgot to buy a slotted case for them when you can find similar priced sets that come in a case already, but I quickly discovered the varying tip sizes and I absolutely despise it. I wish every pen was a 1.0mm tip size too! I believe I recall seeing an Aen Art set, with a case included, that states they are 0.8-1.0mm, which to me would be much lovelier than the 0.6-1.0mm of my recent Tanmits. And they have variety like neon, pastel, glitter, metallic etc. So mad at myself at making a rushed choice on the recent Prime Days 😤

@@ArtJourneyUK Have you tried the Aen Art set that are in the case? They're the 160 set (80 pens with 80 refills). The writing on the case is the exact font as the Tanmit case sets, except the Aen Art has pastels, neons, metallics, etc, as opposed to only glitter
