i’m going to give this one more chance this was a gift i got for my birthday i have done my nails twice now watching these tutorials doing the proper prep and by day two my nail polish is chipping
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Nail polish chipping can happen due to various factors. To help improve the longevity of your manicure, here are a few suggestions: 1.Proper nail preparation.Ensure that your nails are clean, dry, and free from any oils or residues before applying gel polish. 2.Apply a high-quality base coat before applying your nail polish. 3.Apply thin and even layers of nail polish. 4.Seal the edges. 5.Finish your manicure with a good-quality top coat to provide an extra layer of protection and extend the wear of your nail polish. Hope this helps!😁😁
@@adorimonroe1 yes, the formatting is horrible and looks extremely unprofessional which is not a good look for this company. Also the commenter stated they followed the proper prep and the ai generated answer is just spitting out again the process, which isn't helping. Troubleshooting information would have been more relevant, such as "are you using a uv lamp of the proper wattage ? Proper light frequency ?" or simple tips that are out of the scope of the initial application "make sure to not soak your nails in water for too long, like while taking a bath or while swimming". But they go the easy way and fail to analyze the situation because AI is not kept in check.
Use a good quality cuticle remover creme push cuticles trim lite if needed, buff just to remove shine , wipe use a dehydrator and primer and make sure gel doesn’t flood cuticle. Start with simple one polish make it quick don’t try to be perfectionist and try to go real close to cuticles. Seal the end of nail tip, keep area need and organised before you start doing nails. Wear gloves when washing dishes or doing any household work. I use to fuss a lot and the more I did the more my manicure ended up flooding cuticle, tears around cuticle, lifting of nail polish. And yeah please keep oiling cuticle every 2nd day trust me it really helps in keeping good mani.
The nail was already painted 1st color gel, the then we showed the sketchy painting process. This video shows complete gel polish application steps to get long-lasting nails. I got you and you think it should show more details on how to paint the gel polish. Thank you!
Trimming your cuticles is terrible advice and can lead to infection. Push them back, get what's on the surface of the nail off, but leave the fresh cuticle ALONE.
Idk, but i came to this tutorial to make sure im doing it right and i am and mine have come off the very next day. This is really frustrating since i bought the whole case of colors and base gel and top coat.
@beetlesgelpolish I've been doing nails for quite some time. I know how to properly buff. I think the issue is the base coat, because I tried a different brand and then used the beetles polish and top coat and they stayed on.
Ensure proper nail prep, apply thin layers of gel, avoid over-curing, use a quality base coat, seal the edges, and practice proper aftercare to prevent peeling of your gel polish.😀😀
I bought from beetles but am having so many problems. Every time i do such a nice job the polish peels off easier than a sticker. I tried buffing the nail surface and using a base coat but it's the same thing every time.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with your Beetles polish. If you're finding that the polish peels off easily, even after preparing the nail surface and using a base coat, here are a few suggestions to improve the longevity of your manicure: Nail preparation: Ensure that your nails are clean and free from any oils or residue before applying the polish. You can use a gentle nail polish remover to clean the nail surface thoroughly. Proper application: Apply thin, even coats of polish, allowing each coat to dry fully before applying the next one. Avoid applying the polish too thickly, as this can lead to peeling or chipping. Base coat: Make sure you're using a high-quality base coat that is compatible with the Beetles polish. Apply a thin layer of base coat to create a smooth and adhesive surface for the polish to adhere to. Seal the edges: When applying the polish, be sure to seal the edges of your nails by swiping the brush along the tip. This can help prevent lifting and peeling. Avoid excessive moisture: Exposure to excessive water or prolonged submersion can weaken the polish's adhesion. Consider wearing gloves while doing activities that involve water or using your nails extensively. Top coat: Apply a high-quality top coat over the polish to provide an extra protective layer and extend the wear time of your manicure. Ensure that the top coat is compatible with the Beetles polish. If you have followed these steps and are still experiencing issues, it may be helpful to reach out to Beetles customer support for further assistance.(customerservice@beetlesgel.com)
I am man. I don't know much more about it but at the end I understand that if I buy nail polish to my wife, I must buy base gel, nail polish and top coat🤦 so it mean in total, I need to buy 3 products 🤣
I’m excited to try my kit but now I’ve read a few reviews from people having bad reactions to the formula (skin swelling, blisters, pain, etc) sooo I’m a little nervous.

is buffing safe for your nails? like if you do your nail every 2 weeks wouldn't you be buffing away at layers and layers of nails? does it not make them weaker? i wanted to try builder gel to make nails stronger but how if i need to buff away layers of nail every time. thank you
I love this brand, but only with soft gel tips. The polish does not work on normal nails. I painted my toes last night and all of the polish just came off in one piece from each toe. I have also had the same experience with fingernails. It all comes off in less than an hour. I have tried everything. Any tips?
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the polish not adhering well to your nails. Here are a few tips that might help: Proper nail preparation: Ensure your nails are clean, dry, and free from any oils or residue before applying the polish. Use a nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol to remove any traces of oils or lotions from your nails. Base coat application: Apply a high-quality base coat before applying the polish. A base coat helps create a smooth surface for the polish to adhere to and can improve its longevity. Thin and even layers: Apply thin, even layers of polish rather than thick coats. Thick layers can take longer to dry and are more prone to chipping and peeling. Allow sufficient drying time: Make sure each layer of gel polish is fully dry before applying the next. This can help prevent smudging and improve the overall durability of the polish. Top coat application: Finish off your manicure with a top coat to seal and protect the polish. A good top coat can help extend the wear time and prevent chipping.
🤩🤩 but my question Is it just regular alcohol from the store or is it a certain kind of alcohol that you have to use on a nail? When to clean a dry off the surface
When preparing the nails for gel application, it is recommended to use isopropyl alcohol (also known as rubbing alcohol) rather than regular alcohol from the store.

Possible problems for gel peeling off easily: Improper nail preparation. Inadequate gel application or curing. Use of low-quality or expired gel products. Lack of proper nail care and protection.
It's the cuticle oil that gives a moisturised finish to your nails and also helps them more long-lasting. You could click the link in my bio to get it on Amazon Beetles Gel Polish store🥰
You can gently push them back using a cuticle pusher or an orange wood stick. This helps maintain the appearance of clean and neat nails without compromising the protective function of the cuticle.😀
If you feel your nails are hot, there may be the following reasons: Reason 1: Due to the light exposure, the nail body is too thin and sensitive, and the colloid shrinks too fast, so it will produce a feeling of heat. (Using acid-containing primer to corrode the nail surface, excessive cutting, and improper nail removal will cause the nail to become thinner) Reason 2: The greater the wattage of the phototherapy lamp, the faster the curing speed of the glue, the greater the heat generated, and the greater the tingling sensation felt by the nails. Reason 3: When the phototherapy glue is applied too thickly, the heat generated will also increase. Try to apply multiple layers as thinly as possible during operation. (It will be more obvious in phototherapy for shaping and phototherapy to prolong nail pain) Reason 4: The pain tolerance range is slightly different, and customers who are not heat-resistant and hot may be more sensitive. Hope my explanation is able to assist you. Please feel free to let us know if you have any further questions. It is important for us to figure out a solution. Hope you can understand.😃
Thank you for your feedback. The base gel may not be drying due to insufficient curing time or applying too thick a layer. Please ensure curing for the recommended time and applying thin layers. 🥰
I have been using beetles for 3 years now. It used to stay on for 2 weeks. Now it only stays on for 3-4 days. And I’m being more careful using gloves while cleaning and whatnot. Came here for a tutorial. Looking elsewhere.
Possible reasons for the tackiness could be insufficient curing time, thick application, expired gel polish, unclean nails, or using the incorrect curing lamp. Consider these factors please.😀

To address the issue of your nail art peeling easily, try these tips: Prep your nails properly. Use a base coat. Apply thin layers. Seal the edges. Allow proper drying time. Protect your nails. Apply a top coat. These steps should help improve the longevity of your nail art and prevent peeling.😄😄
Proper nail prepping helps to create a slightly rough texture on the nail surface. This roughness allows nail polish or nail enhancements to adhere better, ensuring a longer-lasting finish.@@letriciabrown9971
If your gel polish is peeling or removing after only 3 days, there are several factors to consider: Nail Preparation: Make sure you properly prepare your nails before applying gel polish. This includes cleaning, shaping, and lightly buffing the surface of your nails for better adhesion. Base Coat: Apply a base coat and ensure it's evenly applied and cured properly under the UV or LED lamp. Gel Polish Application: Apply thin, even coats of gel polish. Avoid applying the gel too thick, as it can lead to premature peeling. Curing Time: Ensure that each layer of gel polish is cured for the recommended time under the UV or LED lamp. Insufficient curing can result in poor adhesion. Edge Sealing: Be sure to cap the free edge of your nails by applying a small amount of gel polish along the tip to prevent chipping. Top Coat: Apply a high-quality top coat and ensure it's adequately cured for a lasting finish. Nail Condition: The natural condition of your nails can affect how long gel polish lasts. If your nails are oily or if there are issues with the nail plate, it can impact adhesion. @@tonbaraporbeni7962
I recently used the Beetles brand and was extremely disappointed. My nails began chipping the very next day. I’ve used other brands like Sally Hansen, Red Carpet and never had a problem with chipping. Never using Beetles again.
I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the Beetles brand. It can be frustrating when a product doesn't meet your expectations. There seems to be no problem with your process 🧐 Here are some precautions to note regarding product peeling: 📖 1) Before doing nails, it is necessary to polish the nail surface. The reason for polishing is that the nail surface has oil and water, which makes the nails overall rough. And polishing is more conducive to improving the durability of the color. 2) Whether the bottom glue is applied properly, and the edges should not overflow or shrink. Overflow of gel will cause single color edges to bulge. In addition, if the nail surface is not engraved in place, the color can easily form a layer on the nail; Shrinking will cause the base coat to have no adhesive, resulting in insufficient color adhesion and peeling of the entire nail. 3) Two layers of color need to be applied thinly, but if applied thick, the color will not be evenly heated, which can cause wrinkles and bubbles. 4) When applying the final layer of top coat, it is necessary to wrap the edges of the fingertips to prevent cracking and warping between them. 🥰Hope it can be helpful to you
