Late 2015 an extraordinary project neared its completion. The 2 offshore high-voltage substations for the Gemini Offshore Wind Farm were installed offshore. Iemants, a subsidiary of Smulders, was in charge of the design, engineering and fabrication of the steel structures for the 2 substation topsides and jackets.
