The Gems are proud to present our 2024 program, 'Ghost Stallion'. Our 2024 Program explores the urban legend of the Ghost Stallion from the Owyhee Mountains. The legend goes that when travelers would get lost in the mountain, and be on their last leg, the Ghost Stallion would arrive and guide them home to safety. Our 2024 Program consists of four movements:
1. The Legend
2. The Fright
3. The Stallion
4. The Salvation
Each movement explores a different part of the story of the Ghost Stallion, and follows the story of a Cowboy who ventures out into the Owyhee Mountains, is then faced by the brutal high-desert elements, and then, when all hope appears lost, the Ghost Stallion arrives, and it is a celebration of hope and salvation the whole way home.
This video is of our fourth and final tour stop of the 2024 season, in Boise, Idaho.
