The senior presidential advisor on special operations, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has arrived in Kabale ahead of the much-anticipated thanksgiving ceremony, slated for tomorrow, Wednesday, the 19th, in celebration of the Katuna-Gatuna border's reopening.
Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba's visit was marked by the launch of a boat ambulance at Lake Bunyonyi, as part of the Rukundo Egumeho activation.
