UPDF Gen. David Sejusa says he will not appear before the Select Parliamentary Committee on Rules and Privileges which was assigned to investigate him. In a letter written by his Lead Counsel Ladislaus Rwakafuzi, Sejusa alleges that there will be no fair hearing and that the entire process has been influenced by some individuals in government.
