Hey Guys thanks for watching!💙If you want to see more of my reactions to some classics! Check out this playlist here 👉🏾!ru-vid.com/group/PL9yNVzmtsrtxNCsEKnhQYXjnhi7jhwdFo&si=ylWN15xI0dfu6oa4
💙 Don't know why you picked this one but it was one I suggested on your Strawberry Fields so I hope you got it there. Anyway you will see in other comments just a shtload of Led Zep because Everything they released is on another level. There was a Yin to the Yang, back in the 70s (when I was a teenage) Pink Floyd was the Yin to the Yang of Led Zeppelin. These two bands brought balance to the universe. Pink Floyd "Time" Audio only version is literally a "wake tf up!" def have the lyrics to hand. Or if you want to see the guys playing in an empty ancient Roman Amphitheatre with No Audience, No Lights no Pyrotechnics ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TToiePXjuR8.htmlsi=bvzBSyr2WOXJIXtC "Echoes (Part 1)" Gods playing to the Gods A little song about all life on the entire planet and how how we have come from the Ocean are all related and should be better human beings!
After listening to zeppelin for 55 years you would be doing yourself wrong if you did not react to the studio version of how many more times which is my favorite zeppelin song. It can be done because I have seen a few do it
More & more are getting into Led Zeppelin, so many of the reactors are young people, & they are being blown away. Sadly many stop after a couple songs though, which there’s so many more great songs by them.
British band formed in 1968, 4 multi talented guys: Jimmy Page (lead guitar), Robert Plant (vocals), John Paul Jones (bass/keyboards), John Bonham (drums). I was lucky enough to see them live in '69.
Sir, you have just witnessed the greatest band in rock history. Their music is out of this world. It does'nt matter which song you choose, nearly everyone is a burner.
Led Zeppelin best rock band ever, literally no one comes close to these four boys, super talented, all of them geniuses, you won't regret reacting to more 😊
@@michaelhartsell6566 Pink Floyd's members were undoubtedly talented, but they didn't have the sheer range or play the wide variety of music that Led Zeppelin routinely performed. Now, if you really loved the sort of music Pink Floyd regularly played, then yeah, I can see why you'd like them better, though.
You have just discovered the greatest rock band in history.....Congrats to you! Listen to Zeppelin One and then, when you can think again - shouldn't be more than 2 or 3 days - carry on with Zeppelin Two etc. etc. and remember that what you're listening to is just the pure, raw, unfiltered talent of 4 truly extraordinary musicians, no autotune, no gimmicks, no bullshit. The worm is about to turn, young man.
You have just discovered one of the greatest bands in history. My suggestion is to do what I did 35-40 years ago. Get zeppelin 1 and listen to it intently for at least 2 weeks so it gets under your skin. Then get 2,3,4, houses, physical, presence, and in through the out door and give each of those at least 2 weeks. Then start listening to live shows. You will not regret it. Seriously, if you have an honest and earnest interest in good music this could be your gateway band to the appreciation of musical greatness.
Welcome to a group that started playing this stuff in the late 1960’s. No one like them back in the day- it was so fantastic to be a teen in those days.
Probably the greatest rock/blues band of all time, British, four incredibly talented musicians led by very experienced Jimmy Page - they conquered the US and still incredibly relevant to modern bands
Kashmir and When the level breaks are 2 more suggestions. It has been said that the song you have just heard is your favorite, until you hear the next one by Led Zeppelin. You make great reactions.
@@pasqualebarbaro6971 "Rival Sons" is a fantastic band, as well, and I really enjoy "Dorothy." Scott Stapp just released a duet with Dorothy (If These Walls Could Talk) that just amazes.
The shock & awe on your face at the 6:34 mark alone had me hitting subscribe. 🎸🔥Welcome to the Zeppelin rabbit hole which is in fact a thrilling journey!
Brother, you just can't go wrong with Zep...they didn't do a bad song... I and others will tell you that and it's true...go down their rabbit hole...EVERY song is different and they are all bangers !!!!
Man, you are down the best rabbit hole ever. Zeppelin is the very best, period. Do yourself a favor and discover them track by track, song by song, album by album, beginning to end. Such a roller coaster.
Beatles,Led Zeppelin,Pink Floyd,Queen if you don't know who these bands are then you don't know music. There are more from that period you can explore but those are the big four that had a massive impact on music that still resonates to this day.
@@te_learning I must agree with you there. As good as Queen were, they did seem to lose their rock roots in the later years and went far too bland and pop for my taste. Their earlier stuff was brilliant.
Led Zeppelin's most famous, most popular song is "Stairway To Heaven." In addition to that, I recommend "Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You," "How Many More Times" (Live, 1969,) "Immigrant Song" and "Kashmir." There are so many more that I'm sure others will request. Honestly, you could just throw a dart at their list of songs and make a great choice that way.
Oh honey you picked a great live, to be introduced to the greatest band the world has ever known. Robert Plant lead singer & harmonica* Jimmy Page lead guitarist band founder producer mixer & editor* John Paul Jones bass keyboards mandolin & other instruments* John (Bonzo) Bonham on drums. Each of these genuses are the GOATS of their crafts, & together they are the GODS of music. Out of all their music, there’s only 2 songs I don’t care for, everything else is mind blowing amazing. The do Rock Blues Folk Funk Reggae Prog & anything else I may have left out. I loved seeing your beautiful smile watching & listening to this amazing band. These guys got together late summer (1968), finished a few tour dates Jimmy Page had to do. They came back to England, recorded mixed & edited their first album in about 36 hours, & it was released on January 7 1969. Their 2nd album was released in October of 1969. Every song from their Madison Square Garden (1973) concert is fire. Some great lives from Knebworth (1979) In The Evening* Kashmir* & Achilles Last Stand. Earls Court (1975) In My Time Of Dying Yes they make love to their music, guitarist Page can be fast & furious, or slow & gentle. Thank you for your great reaction, I’ll subscribe as long as you keep doing more Led Zeppelin, you won’t be sorry if you do.
"Oh, you sweet Summer child" (Game of Thrones reference): You have no idea how deep this rabbit hole goes. Enjoy the journey: It can only happen once for the first time!
No need to apologize for not knowing Led Zeppelin, how the hell were you to know of them if you were used to growing up listening to probably totally different music. Glad you've found them. I was at school at the beginning of the '70s when I discovered them. Says a lot for you that you are now open to very different types of music.
Hey man, 71 yo dude here. I have never heard Led Zeppelin described as they played like they were making love to the music. BRILLANT... I hear from many young reaction dudes saying "what was it like being alive back then". The 60,70s saw the civil right movement in America exploding, women's rights taking hold and unfortunately Vietnam. Your discovering the Beatles, how can u not... With the civil rights movement taking hold the Beatles were responsible for the first unsegregated concert in Jacksonville Florida. They were disgusted with the segregation that was happening in the US. When they heard about the segregated seating they said f**k you! , we will not play to a segregated audience. Guess what. Jacksonville Florida had its first unsegregated concert ever. I know I went off topic but the 60s was a time to be alive. You should of been there.
it’s a privilege to have any music in your life, and i text my dad often to thank him for the exposure I had instead of being condescending that other people didn’t have the same exposure.
I love so much that you walked into this with no idea what was about to happen. All the times you tried to speak but could not find the words, only for them keep taking it up a notch was truly priceless! Led Zeppelin is a timeless band with more musical variety from song to song than mere mortals can comprehend! Honestly if you like this you should do a full album listen to their debut record, Led Zeppelin I from 1969. An iconic debut with one banger after another! Thanks for sharing this experience with us. It means so much to know the classics still work their magic on younger generations!
I’ve just stumbled upon your channel and I’m loving your reactions to new music. You are so genuine in you’re final thoughts. Welcome to the world of real music. lol having intercourse with the music. That exactly how our generation felt it.
Bonham makes your heart beat with the drums! Page makes you weep with the guitar! Plant makes you fly through time and space with his voice! UNBEATABLE!!!
They were the epitome of cool and set the bar so high and at such a level that its yet to be replicated. Start with 1st album ane progress through their catalogue and be amazed.
You said it Jay. When emotion gets injected into a performance, it stands the test of time, because it speaks to the heart in us. And that special feeling is evergreen. 🔆🔆🔆🔆
My friend, PLEASE check out Led Zeppelin " WHOLE LOTTA LOVING". Led Zeppelin is an ENGLISH BAND of guys who learned and loved Delta Blues and Chicago blues. Their heroes were black bluesmen from the USA.
When you finally discover Led Zeppelin and your mind gets blown remember this is what your grandparents listen to and that's why we are so damn happy you can never go back it would never be the same for you
It’s odd how much you seemed to really like Led Zeppelin, yet you haven’t done more reactions of them. These guys after all these years, still have millions of rock solid fans. DO MORE LED ZEPPELIN!
I love seeing young people discover my favorite band. You learn so much by listening to music from the 60s, 70s and 80s. Especially when you look into the bands history and how they started, what influenced them musically and socially. Great reaction. Keep going. There is a ton of awesome music from that era.
💙 I just love seeing your reactions to the music from my generation (I'll be 64 soon) and hearing your comments about it. It's so great to see a younger generation appreciating the music I grew up with. Led Zeppelin is a deep rabbit hole to dive into and they have so much incredible music. Their most iconic song is "Stairway to Heaven". Please continue your reactions to "good old days" music. There is so much out there for you to discover. 💙
Thankyou, Jay. I really enjoyed your reaction to Led Zep. In my opinion, the greatest rock band of all time. When the 'Song Remains the Same' came out in the cinemas in 1976 I went 13 times.
There can be no greater pleasure for me than to see people of your generation suddenly discovering the sheer brilliance that was Led Zeppelin. Spread the word my friend, more people need to be aware of them as they are the greatest band ever to grace this planet.
j8immy makes that guitar SING!! there are lots of great technical player, but very few who can simply bypoass your ears and talk directly to your soul! jimmy is in that group. the ridiculous thing is they were ALL that talented!! all 4 members are equals
