I agree to it. I m in a leadership role and i hace seen the gen z dont work for money. they know they can get that money somehow, but they have a thirst for achieving something and if you provide them that platform , they really do work hard and and deliver. My experience is how you use their energy in what motivates them.

As a daughter u do everything for your mother but she NVR appreciates and always in favour of their son and u nvr get that love what you deserve from your mother and feel emty...can you elaborate this situation what steps should take and how not to expect anything from them

Sir, you are absolutely right about gen X, millennials and gen Z. gen X a completely invested there life span in naukri. They didn't have financial support from there parents. They had responsibility of marriage, sister's marriage and there aging parents disease. They even married at an early age as it was the norm at that time. They have given there 2 - 3 decades of time to solve all this problem. gen Z don't have all this problems. As sir said we are clear on paths which will not work. But we don't know which path is right for us( this point form sir is the golden pebble of wisdom) personally I feel very bad. I am not able to figure out the career path in my life. I don't even see how to succeed in future as well. I would be blessed if I am to find a mentor life to guide me.

true sir, very true. post 2000 ke generation gen x ya millennial ki tarah bahut hard-working wale kaam ya hectic jobs nahi karenge possibly(unless they have huge financial obligations), instead they'll switch to something that has work-life balance or something that they like to do, even if they get less money initially, or even are ready to start something on their own also, unlike gen x or millennial, jo aur mehnat karke kisi tarah ussi kaam mein adjust kar lenge. the thinking s are different for both the gens.
sir i don't know whether its right place to ask or not, but recently we had a ritual at our home where my parents showed my "JANAM kundli" to Pandit JI, where he told me to focus more on my studies (padma kalsharp dost something like this which when i put my actual details on online astrology site showed you have partial effect of kalsharp dosh and written big "No" tho inspite of less efforts in studies during 10th i still managed to score decent and above expectation marks) also said, I'm not good for the health of my Mummy papa, along with I am not good for my brother, and there will be issue in my health also I am no good for my parents, after listening these line my legs literally start shivering and i had to sat down there, after which I had a mental breakdown, I know I should rarely believe on it but I have seen many examples where these type of prediction seems to be getting real, so I request you to please make a video regarding this or whether we should believe on it or not,
Dont think of future. Live well in the present. Future will take care of itself. When u say u are not good for them or doesnt make any sense. Each person deserves what he gets in life. Evrybody gets good or bad according to their deeds not according to someone else's deeds
I am seeing Few new generation,who not want to do anything productive...as there roti ,kapada ,makan seems solved ..they just enjoying life, doing party with friends,drink alcohol,eat outside food daily,came home late... looting partents hard earned money..

Sir, please share your views on modern parenting. As I am facing challenges with video game addiction of my child. I am following counseling, healing with him. We are trying hard to keep our home atmosphere positive. But in school and friend circle he is receiving impulses when all other kids are discussing over video games. As my son is ADHD, the impacts of video games are much higher than other kids. Also, I have noticed parents are concerned only with the academic performance of their kids. They provide smart phone, gaming time for kids as rewards. So our son thinks that he is not deserving! We are getting help from professionals, but I wish to know your idea to deal with such situations
