You’ve hit the nail on the head. Indians are being made to really suffer under dictatorial rules while their colleagues who work in the same company in the US have a much easier time.
That is why I personally decided to leave my job after working for 5 years and now working hard to establish my own business from past 3-4 years. I am ok with less money but I don't want to deteoriate my mental and physical health for work.
Exploitation has been norm of corporate culture. They say, "it's for profitability of the company" but the root causes or real reasons are never ending greed, cut-throat competition and sucking mindset.
Never ending greed is there...why should leaders have crore plus package and theyre sucking life of ast manager and manager level employees and executives
I usually switch off my phone every night…it takes time but you need to be stubborn with excuses that phone accidentally got off…gradually with time people get to understand that you cannot disturb anybody’s sleep…😂
very very informative. I am seeing my daughter suffering like this and I, being working tell her that sky will not fall, don't khapao so much for job. But as you know kids thinks we are in government sector and don't know any thing. On the other hand we have also seen busy, tough days with all family responsibilities, for which I regret that nobody guided me and my father being another government servant told me that work whole-heartedly and serve your in-laws also.
Guruji, bahot maza aa gaya, itna badhiya presentation koi bhi you tuber ne nahi diya hoga...So sunaar ki to ek Lohaar ki ...Ek hi hathoda kafi hai aapka . ....Best wishes ji ...jai shree krishna
Good morning from ottawa .please make such type of more videos so that our more youth should not be compelled to leave their house and come to other countries .one more thing all our community should show condolence to all indians who have lost their lives in one of the most deadliest railway accident in Balasore .i will request you to prepare one video that railway employees should not be put on double duties and adequate staff should be given at all stations .Otherwise such type of more incidents will occur in future .please understand what the kavi wants to say .
As per my observation employees don’t have exit plans aur ye hume “leadership” se seekhna hoga, this is something like termite making you hollow and under-confident ultimately holding you to bounch back. As per market ,learning curve bohot chota hogaya hai and there’s less space to implement fail and succeed. For managers there team is no less than an obedient AI robot whereas actions have become as a baniya seth who pressurises not so literate helpers (said as a metaphor not to be considered as personal attack)
from home town during vacation, i worked on saturday evening till 3AM(sunday) in the night and slept, my phone ran out of battery over night, sunday morning 9AM my father(i gave his no. for emergency to the company i.e. when something unfortunate happens to me in office) gets a call from my boss(was stupidly worried for some release) ..... so switching off phone is also not soln to the idiocy of some company/manager......after coming back to office in bangalore I resigned, some companys/Boss you can never work around with, better quit and have life.
Efficiency r so bad in corporates, young ki lagi padi hai, safed hathi paise bana rahey hai in multiple ways through salary, commission from vendors, enjoying TA/DA for faltu meeting clients and regional meets. Owner thinks that my CEO is loyal and honest when CEO is actually hiring his known people for unwanted positions. Seen in 20 years of own experience. Very few highly skilled people running the whole company, 90% employees r not needed except in labour intensive industries. Even in outsourcing work unskilled people r given contract.😂😂
Fantastic video , we Indians really need to work on this . All need to work on well being, mental and physical health , happy healthy life . Work life balance is a must ❤️😃😇😊👍
Pls do webinar on these core team subjects and make it available for platinum members. Many may not need business leads but atleast some gyaan to navigate office politics would be excellent.
Sirji yeh vdo agar bahut saalo pahle bane hote tho yeh vdo uss youngsters ko kaam athe including me. Eye opening video you make. Such a humourous way you present ki maza aa gaya😂😂😂. Helpful video for youngsters.
Doing the same thing , what you are trying to say, for last 7 year. Got some initial success. Facing some problems related to funding. Hopefully can solve them in near future
In tech industry if someone is a star employee and is still getting exploited then they are also fairly naive...entrepreneurship might not be for them just yet. It's very very hard to find employees who are anything close to a star n they would be lapped up in no time if they were to look outside their org.
There should also be a focused video on how our previous 2 generations failed the corporate culture in India and set the wrong precedence, the ray of hope is this current generation and upcoming gen Z who no longer hold back, give it back and look beyond the horizon
This happened with me like manager will be hot talk and HR will be cold talk. So sometimes I thought hr is my friend so sometimes I used to tell my problems with manager with him. But situation got even worse. So I decided never discuss my problems with hr and take the abuses from manager but not to react on it and not to complaint. After some time my manager became disturbed because I was not complaining about him to hr and the manager started to behave nicely with me.
Make a video on people choosing regular entry to iit rather than going for jee .... Is it a business that is going on or it really worth it ? Facing difficulty choosing a carrer after 12th because of such options in market .
Since you work closely with real estate, can you make a video about various solo businesses that civil engineers can get into? With Indian client mindsets in context hopefully.
Having worked in both a people centric org and a process centric organisation there are equal cons in people centric organisations there is no consistency in decision making and outcomes you get confused and cannot take calls or predictive actiones whereas if u stay long enough in Process centric organisations you can bank on certain certainties good or bad but atleast for someone who likes certainty its better
