Nice video sir. One request from my side. If you make some videos on some analyses in GROMACS, like: 1. How to do Principle Component Analysis(PCA) and how to analyse it. 2. How to install & run MMPBSA and how to analyse it. 3. How to install DSSP for secondary structure calculation and how to analyse it. Sir these are some properties which are not having any proper tutorial anywhere. Sir if you make videos on these topics then I guess your channel will be unique from rest of other channels. there is a mistake which says CDS is conserved domain seq. but that is coding sequence in fact.
