Sir Nariman eloquent & erudite as always. Supreme court should certainly increase the retirement age of judges to 75. India need people like him at its helm of affairs.

Hello sir, in our case after listening and looking the facts for the need of petition filed you have ordered the immediate order to the withdrawal of money, with your knowledge, experience wisdom. needed for the treatment of my son, who unfortunately met with an accident and was injured on the Spinal cord. but my sisters same time filed for an equal share in my father's property in HC mentioning cheating of the paternal family for adding not on records. ( which is lie) & the case is still pending. Now pls tell me how should I overcome this problem. please please your advice will help my son to get treatment.
