Hey great topic. I was hoping you would define gender identity. Somehow that one got missed. It’s great to start with terms to know exactly what we mean!
I really appreciated it when the judge overseeing my (trans guy) gender/name change petition treated me with respect and used he/him in the court order and when talking about me in the third person. Ive heard horror stories from my friends about trans people being interrogated and dismissed by judges.
