So interesting .. i did have a healthier diet when i conceived 2 boys .. although i didnt eat cereal everyday, i did eat it sometimes .. i wish i can have a daughter some how
I’m looking to conceive my last child next year , and I’m hoping and praying it’s a baby boy as I already have two girls. I’m not much of a breakfast person, but I will eat a bowl of cereal starting tomorrow until next year , I don’t loose anything by trying ! Thanks for the tip !
I never eat cereal and rarely have a sit down breakfast but I’m having my third boy now. Really wanted the third to be a girl. I was eating a lot more protein and protein shakes with this 3rd one since I was going to the gym and doing strength training.

I've always eaten post raisin bran, perhaps not every day, but majority of the week. I was unable to conceive with ici, so I switched to ivf and my 1st pgt normal embryo is a boy. Yeah, I know the clinic picked the sperm to do icsi, but it was a random pick and the abnormal 3 embryos were females, the only survivor was male. Interesting, plus I have no issues with access to enough calories.

Wait did they eat a certain diet that doctors gave them to boost the odds of having the gender of the baby that they wanted to? Or did women normally eat cereal every day because they craved it? Cause If they did then I don’t think it actually influenced the gender of the baby.They probably just felt like eating cereal and it turned out to be a boy cause maybe the foods you eat means your having a boy or a girl.

Changing your diet will not guarantee a certain outcome - it just can alters the odds. for a guarantee, we recommend IVF with preimplantation genetic testing
In all honesty you can have a boy without cereal. I know a lot of people who have cereal religiously and all have girls. So this is more of a guide. The only sure way is IVF he get selection
I am curious to know if the other woman ate breakfast but not specifically cereal for breakfast. For example, I eat fairly healthy due to being hypoglycemic (I always have eggs/fruit/with a half piece of grain toast in the morning, I would crash if I had cereal/pancakes/carb related that turned into sugar) but I never skip breakfast or any meal for that matter. Does just having breakfast make the difference? Because most people have cereal as opposed to anything else.

The best way to get a child of a specific gender (boy or girl) is to use the treatment IVF, where we create embryos outside of the body and PGD, which is testing of the chromosomes of the embryo to determine which are male embryos and which are females
Does it matter how much the male is eating? Should the male be more active aka go to the gym? I heard what females can do but wondered if there is anything that men can be doing to better the chance for a boy
