I still think it's a Publicity Stunt.Why else Shannon Tweed and Simmons would go on these TV Shows together?She will get half of everything he has vise versa by Law(Unless they have a prenuptial agreement)So why go to all these day and late night Talk Shows especially together UNLESS to Advertise the New Season and Boost viewers numbers and interest!If she really had enough of him she wouldn't keep hanging with him.Well this is just my opinion I could be totally wrong!!!
i find it really hard to believe that things are "unravelling" in front of cameras...it's obviously not a private matter...as soul asylum said "they say misery loves company...we can start a company and make misery"...
Still breaking a promise if you cheat on someone who you claim to be monogamous with. She clearly didn't mind when they had an open relationship but the lying is ridiculous. I love her response "please don't lump yourself in with other men, other men are good". He keeps betraying her trust by claiming he's done nothing and her reaction is perfectly reasonable. Glad Chelsea Handler put him in his place in her interview.

This is all an ACT! Shooting of the season ended long before this appearance on the today show. And as it stands right now (Sunday July 17) the promos are trying to make us believe that he proposed. Think about it, even if he didn't propose something has made the (non) Marriage work because they just did an acceptance the other day (in present life) and all was great! What we are watching is all part of the promotion for "scripted reality television" at it's best.

I'm gonna have to say... i'm on Gene's side here. Just like everyone else says, then Shannon knew this from the very beginning. Gene is Gene and you can't change that. Suddenly she becomes paranoid and offended by how Gene has ALWAYS been. She's a devil, look how she interrupts and attacks, i like how Gene stays down to earth here, and is true to everything he says, because Gene. is. Gene. Live with it. She tried, and she can't.
She knows what she was getting herself into being with a rock star. I have also seen her say she wouldn't have given him a second look if he didn't have money. Both these two have their individual issues yet choose to be together.
Ever heard of "Artistic License"?, Reality TV is about as far from reality, As you can possibly get! They were both playing their part there, And no doubt people will now watch the show, To see what occurs. So from that perspective, It's job done!
This discussion should never have seen the light of day. If you're worth 300 million dollars, why subject your family to public scrutiny for a few million more?
The theme of that season was a marriage unraveling. This could be all BS just to promote the season. If not, and she's really pissed, then Shannon is my favorite person in the world.

ok,so after seeing the last show i am convinced its real..when they were dancing at the club , shannons tears wers from the heart, i believe gene really is trying to change. sometimes this happens when you get older & the kids are gone, you just have each other to depend on, He is a workaholic & she has raised 2 really good kids. He needs to continue therapy & express his feelings more.
This is the third talk show that they have said the exact same things.....Same arguments, and Gene always says it's a nice day outside.....Just like the KISS shows, the same set list every show.......lol

I think Shannon Tweed has always been unashamedly real. It is refreshing to watch a celebrity who does not feel the need to pretend in front of the cameras. Gene, stop making jokes about it, or I swear I think she might knock you out some time. That really grinds her guts and gives her that instant feeling of wanting to lash out that erupts and has to be controlled and recovered from.
Ok so anyone who follows Gene and Shannon, is this real or is it staged to create publicity for their reality show? It sure seemed strained, but Shannon also looked like she was being tongue-in-cheek and in character too. Gene was being Gene as he always is.
Gene, i know about u since i was maybe 10, i admire u, i love Kiss, I think u have a great family. The kids (ok they r not kids anymore) Sophie n Nick r like no other, Shannon the perfect woman, do not let them down. You r a very good dad u have what it takes, nothing would make them happier (be a husband) it is time 2 b a real man.
Is he **only** having his picture taken with these women, or is he *sleeping* with them? Is he faithful to Shannon or is he cheating on her with these women? If he is *only* having his picture taken, then I think she needs to give him a break. However, it appears that Shannon has discovered or sincerely believes that Gene is, or has been, sleeping with other women, and if he has been sleeping around then I understand her leaving him. Enough is Enough no matter who you may be!
I think it's all an act to get ratings for his show....if she wanted to walk, she'd walk...anad she'd walk away with MILLIONS. He gave her a life she only dream of...she needs counselling as much as he does.
I've never watched the show before and just passed by at the right moment. I find him to be disgusting, whether it's real or fake. However, I like that he's not just giving up, like so many disgusting cheaters do. It doesn't make it better, but...maybe he sees she's seriously had enough this time and doesn't want to lose the 1 who always stood by him. Anyway, he's not giving up. Unfortunately, this is a part of life that most people have been through. But he's still gross.
Let's say this was not staged. At that point she & gene werent married & the kids were grown up. If shannon walked would she get anything?? No marriage & no child support. Just wondering. I know they married since I believe which is odd after their kids are adults but shes financially protected if gene dies , I'd assume she gets something financial even with a pre nup or why else would they marry after 30 years?
