I have started ur videos n think this maybe my answer to yrs of pain. Thank u in advance!!’ I had foot surgery Achilles tendon n can’t remember name but put screws top foot. Metatarsal below big toe possibly. Question - doing the exercises from hip to foot my heal wants to turn in my metatarsals r turned out slightly. If I force my heal over my knee instantaneously turns inward. Should I let my heal turn in Or do I hold my heal over n hold knee straight n do exercises in alignment? I feel pull from front heal in arch n twists shin but doable. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing your honest opinion. We agree with you that many people won't be able to perform these stretches exactly as shown at the beginning- but that's not a problem at all! They're just an optimum version that you should aim for. 🙂 Don't let it discourage you! Stretch as far as possible, and do the parts of the stretch you're able to do. Even if it looks like nothing, this minimal stretch is already a great start and success. Repeat these exercises at least once a day and try to stretch a bit further every time. Usually, your body gets used to it and your flexibility improves while your pain is relieved. 💪 If you need further guidance or help, just let us know. We'd love to hear how you get on!
