You would think after Jason lost justice and Emily back then he would’ve wiser up to get out of the mob to live a better life. What Monica said was right on point.
@@thesmoothplaya1224 he’s not sonny and not much of a target without having the boss status so he could leave the mob anytime but he chooses not to because he likes living on the edge of danger and sense of purpose to serve sonny.
This was such a heartbreaking scene for Monica And Jason especially when Monica blames Jason for Emily death even though she knew Jason didn't kill his own sister
He indirectly killed her, he killed Alkazar, which lead to diego killing spree in revenge so he indirectly caused death of georgie and emily, they just thought it was Anthony.

Tbh I just find 2012 to be one of the years for GH this century so far due to how many vets returned and we got a good amount of wacky stories that I liked (but I can see how they turned some people off). Besides AJ was also brought back. It was off the walls, but entertaining for me. I just found 2002-2011 to have good/great moments, but generally be a flop because the whole show became about the mob.
Why the hell do they kill off all of the sweet kind characters but keep asses like Carly and Johnny on the show!!!! Seriously I'm officially pissed off at the writers.
The writers need to make a storyline to bring Emily back, Helena kidnapped Emily after she found her alive after the ball Nickolas held and wiped her memory and made her Rebecca Shaw. That is the perfect storyline to bring Nickolas back from being away from the show as well as Rebecca Shaw who is really Emily brainwashed by Helena because Helena wants Emily away from Nickolas at all costs but they find their way back to each other in 2012. They should really consider doing this to bring her back
Because she knew if Jason knew AJ was alive, he would tell then Sonny, and it would only be a matter of time till Sonny made sure he was dead for real! He has no real sense of family or forgiveness!
He,s in shock. He really loved Emily and at the same time having the burden to tell Monica and dealing with telling Lucky that he,s Jake,s biological father is alot to deal with all in one night.
I never understood why they killed off Emily. She was such a central part of the show when she was young and then again when she came back as an adult. All they had to do was have her leave town again, maybe come back one day. This scene here was terribly done. Steve Burton with that unemotianl look on his face, holding it all in, you're sister died buddy, shed a tear for god's sake. The Q's did not need deal with another tragedy like this.
Feel so sorry for Monica. Careful what you wish for Jason, you wanted the Q's out of your life now they are gone, Lila, Alan, AJ, Emily, Monica, Edward. He didn't want them now she doesn't want him. He could have always went home but never did now Monica doesn't want him to come home and he realizes what he has lost. LOVED the line, "Your the only thing (not only one but a thing) I have left and I don't want you", he deserved it. He took everything from Sam and Monica neither one will have a husband or children. They are showing that Jason's life without Sam is crashing. Since Liz has come back in his life everything has been taken away, Alan, Emily, Jake, Monica and Edward, all within a year. It's showing that AJ didn't destroy the Q's, Jason did he wasn't the golden boy. Since the accident he stole Michael from AJ which led to his death, Alan was killed because of Alcazar/Jerry Jax and now Emily is dead because of another Alcazar, Jason brought all this on the family he wanted nothing to do with. All he can say is sorry, it's like when Sam thought baby Danny died. Sorry isn't going to bring back the Q's. He doesn't even try to comfort Monica, just drops the bomb.
You do realize the writers are the ones controlling the storyline? It's gotten ridiculous, now. All Sonny, all the time, even when he's supposed to be dead!
I remember this was the very last episode I watched before I left general hospital for good by the time I took a sneak back on how the storyline was headed Georgie was already laying there dead in the snow I was so pissed you have no idea I was so mad....
I am astonished by the comments about Jason lacking emotion,and that he is a brain damaged wacko who just accepts things no matter how horrible. This character, through SB's skills, has raged, wept, been sad, laughed, grinned, been introspective, experienced sorrow(robin, emily, alan, carly, courtney, sam, jake, michael, etc.)...all AFTER his accident and resultant brain damage. perhaps it is not his lack, but the viewers lack...of experience with a wide range of how people express emotion.
@soapfave06 that would be creepy. The Chief of staff is Steven Lars Webber. He is the son of Jeff and Heather Webber. Monica was married to Jeff when he cheated on her with Heather and got pregnant with Steven Lars....so ya see that would be creepy
Monica had valid reasons to be mad at Jason for Emily’s death but some of y’all keep forgetting that he’s not Jason quartmaine, he hasn’t been that guy in YEARS and he doesn’t have the same relationship with his family as he used to. He was just as caught up in that mob life as Sonny was just due to what he chose to do in that mob life with Sonny. He barely got out of that life one time to try and be a family with Sam??? (I stopped watching a long ass time ago, so I can’t remember exactly what I’ve seen here and there over the years). But he still couldn’t escape it. Anyways, it’s not like the quartermaines were all that great to him, AJ sucked ass all around, from pretty much the beginning. Alan, after Jason’s accident, barely treated him like his own son. I do get why but seriously trying to act like the quartermaines are so much better than Sonny, or even Carly, is laughable at best. A literal joke. GH was best so many years ago but I’ve gotten back into it the last couple of years, only watching clips on Facebook cuz I don’t wanna watch the full episode everyday 😂 it’s intriguing but so odd seeing all these kids I watched be born… they are grown ass adults and like what?? Lmao it’s crazy how much time passed honestly.
Jason wasn't caught up he willingly choose that life.....Alan did treat him like his son post accident and that was the problem the new and unimproved Jason didn't like that he wanted it known how different he was and how he wasn't like he was before....its not about the Q's being better then Sonny and Carly its the fact the show tried to paint the narrative there much worse especially during the michael custody storyline.

No Lorenzo Alcazar's son Diego did he went on a killing spree after finding out his father was Murdered by Jason Morgan so than he went on a killing spree getting back at the people who wronged him he wanted to murder Carly to get back at Sonny for ordering the hit on his father, murdered Emily to get back at Jason, wanted to murder Maxie for turning him into the Cops but murdered Georgie instead, murdered Coop because he was getting close to the truth etc
That's what Recasting is for?🤔🤔...🤦♀️😣 Give Someone Else a chance at the role. If other characters can have it be done, why not for Emily...or whoever else need be. Killing Off Characters is simply Cost Effective for Soaps, it doesn't respect the viewers that watch every day.
Jason wasn't much of a son anyway good riddance.......AJ wasn't that much better but at least he acknowledged her as his mom and wanted her love which for years was wasted on somebody who couldn't careless...Jason was loyal to Sonny and Carly so let them cry over him.
T James true but Jason Morgan never showed much if any interest in wanting to know about Susan or that side of his family at all its almost like it doesn't exist for him anyway..
From 2006-2008, It's showing that since the day Jason broke up with Sam, the best thing that ever happened to him and Liz came back in his life he has suffered nothing but loss. He lost Sam, Alan, Emily, Jake, and Monica all within a year. He is truly alone, just like Sam told him he would be. Liz and Lucky are raising Jake, Liz is afraid of Jason's life because she has never really lived it, he is an image she has created in her mind, she thinks she can change him. Sonny is on his way out to head up the Zaccarahs, Michael will be in a coma, Morgan will be sent away and Carly will lose Jax for the same mistake Jason made. Once he started fixing things with Sam or because of her influence things got better, he fixed his relationship with Monica. Michael came out of the coma. He found out who was responsible for shooting Michael. It is also showing that since his accident and joining the mob the family he wanted nothing to do with has suffered because of his choices, by stealing Michael and giving him to Sonny which led to AJ's death, Alan died because of his ties to Alcazar and Jerry Jax, and Emily because of Diego. The mob destroyed all the Q's.
yeah and because of that loyalty Michael and the rest of the quartermaines wasn't the same. did you see all the bad things that happened to Michael because of jason, sonny, and carly
