In this star-studded special preview of the first episode of Major League Fishing’s 2024 General Tire Team Series, captains Jacob Wheeler, the 2023 General Tire Team Series Champion, Bryan Thrift, REDCREST 2023 Champion, and hometown favorite Jonathon VanDam lead their teams into competition at the first event of the season on Muskegon and Bear Lakes in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The anglers on each team wear wireless earpieces that have them in constant communication with their teammates. This concept allows each team to work together and strategize in real-time on the water, shifting baits, techniques, patterns or areas as needed to creating a new type of excitement and drama in tournament bass fishing.
