Made these and they were delicious. I used corn starch and after coating, I laid them on a cookie sheet and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes, then coated them again before air frying!! So crispy and delicious! The sauce was amazing!! Thanks!

"I can't be bothered with measuring..." Thank you for saying that. Some of us who have been cooking long enough actually do develop a certain sense or feel already. I tend to just guesstimate when teaching the younger ones certain recipes too. Just give them something to start with but always stress that they have to adjust to taste.

I got an Instant Pot 1 1/2 weeks ago and a Instant pot air fryer 3 days ago and I am hooked! I have cooked with Kuhn Rikon Pressure cookers for 13 years and loved it but these two new gadgets for me is THRILLING!!! A suggestion on tomato paste, get it in the tube. You can use as much or as little as needed without having the issue of extra paste not used when using paste from a can. I love the tube. I pray you had a very blessed and happy Mother's Day.

Just finished making this tonight. The only difference was that I added those dried red chillies from the Chinese supermarket. It was for sure the best recipe ever! Highly recommend it. Went amazing with nasi goreng.

Darn you Flo! My Zavor (way more expensive) pressure cooker hasn't even arrived and it seems by watching this I am going to need an air fryer next. Looks good. Another tip, after using the garlic press, I put a piece of celery in the press to clean out ALL of the garlic. (I love garlic, btw)

Have you checked Spice N' Pans channel? I just watched his recipe for sesame chicken and he used the egg white, not the yolk and he let the meat rest after addi g the starch. Just some other ideas to try! I just got my first air fryer and I can't wait to try your recipe and many, many others!

Great demo, now I can try to cook something other than chips in my airfryer. If I use turkey steak, any tips on what adjustments I need to make?

If you cut the pieces of turkey to about the same size, I don’t think you would have to adjust much.
