95% general 5% position (still a young teen) I think it’s important to grow every aspect of your game because you never know where you’ll need to play in future.
Fantastic question brother! I’d say it depends on what we are comparing to pro football. If you’re comparing youth (18 years old or so), I’d say speed of play, maturity in decision making, and quality of play/technique. If I’m comparing pro level to youth (16/17 and under) I’d say basically everything! You have to be bigger, faster, stronger, more mentally switched on, better decision making, etc. TLDR: a pro can do the same movement a 16 year old can do but 2-3x faster AND with better execution. Does that make sense?
@@NoahCavanaugh absolutely bro. Personal question for you bro. Cuz i think you are a great player but what do you think is preventing you from playing even higher up?
@@notoriusbig1572 Great question brother! I think a lot of it comes down to circumstance. This happens to players quite a lot, which is why it’s so hard to break into the top division! I take full responsibility for what’s happened so far in my career (I.e. not playing at the top top level because of choices I’ve made training too much and getting injured, or not staying in a country illegally so I could continue playing etc). That’s all on me! At the end of the day I chose what I did and I’m really happy with where I was and where I’m going! On the way to the top, don’t you worry. I’ll get those opportunities and I’ll be prepared for them. Sometimes I’ve just had to role with what I’m given and make the most out of it while also looking to push myself and create better situations for myself! Whenever there have been things out of my control (politics on a team preventing me from getting playing time, etc) I’ve always just been consistent and prove myself at training as best I can. Eventually that WILL pay off and I’ll get a chance to make it on a bigger stage 💪🏼. Bottom line is I do everything I can to push into the top divisions, and make adjustments when there are things that I can’t control.
