@@alphageneration657 my Generation /Gen Alpha is going to advance so much that we will search 1/4 of the universe before the last gen alpha man or woman will die and that's a promise😉
@DShael Dorcent What do you mean by that? Well I do believe that the alphas will do better, and the best of the Gen Z's will pass the torch to their next heirs. Take the courage to stand! It is your generation where all the space explorations will occur.
Why gen alpha is going to be the best (someone who lives with a gen-a) 1. Most, if not all have access to unregulated technology and will learn a ton in about a day 2. They know more about social issues more than ever 3. Unironically named alpha 4. Doesn’t care about a dirty iPad. Just uses it regardless of spills or hardened food. 5. They’re making more connections to things than ever with technology, hence why they’re so smart and do unexpected things.
My baby is alpha and I noticed that him and his classmates talk and act like adults! They are literal boss babies!!! And when they talk, they always talk with sense! And they have really concern about our world and society!
I watched this ( and yes I’m pretty late ) even if I’m Gen Z. My sister is Generation Alpha and currently she’s 5. I’m really excited to see her grow and be by her side over the years even if parents or problems with them get between us like our dad kind of has. I’m really proud of her and surprised she’s so smart already! I can already tell this Generation is gonna be very smart no matter what.
I love Gen Alpha, they're outspoken, super smart and well informed on social issues considering their young age. They are going to be a force to be reckoned with due to their Millennial parents who value honesty, accountability and inclusiveness.
Same so true My sisters are Gen Alpha and I really hope they don’t do what our generation did I hope they *really* accomplish something rather than being on TikTok 24/7
gen alpha memes won’t be good though. They’ll just be repeated phrases others said or just flat-out stolen shit Source: I live with one who makes memes despite being only 7 years old
As a millennial, I absolutely love Gen A. You guys are so smart, eloquent, outspoken and kind. Please do not change that. We are rooting for you ♡ we believe that you'll achieve great things. And remember, you'll always be our little snuggabugs ♡ you can do no wrong in our eyes.
It’s kinda sad to me that gen z is just being negative to gen alpha, this is the only comment section where I feel proud to be gen alpha, most other videos have people saying stuff like “Gen Alpha will be addicted to iPads” and “Gen alpha will not be in touch with humanity” when in reality gen z has become addicted to tic tok and also made up fake lies to pull eachother apart. I can get gen Alpha might be using a lot more tech but gen alpha also could be the last gen that can do something about global warming before it cause extreme harm that can not be undone, just encourage gen alpha they are all still children. (Btw to all the people who think memes will be ruined we haven’t reached maturity yet so our humour hadn’t developed, so we still have some hope in terms of memes)
Hey I just want to say when you guys grow up and takeover the Internet continue our meme culture hell make it even better. Oh and dont make the same mistakes we did learn from us- a 15 year old gen z girl
I'm a 2009 gen z, but i consider myself an alpha, since I grew up with the things the oldest alphas have. I agree with you. Gen z are addicted to tik tok, and when it comes to memes and global warming, they hope that gen Alpha takes care of those things better than they did. At least that's what i noticed
Okay so I'm part of generation Alpha and I love it I'm being raised by grandparents and when I first asked for a computer they generally asked me what was, like what was a computer.
@@justanormaldefaultpfp9309 The Generation beta will be born by 2025, after the 15 years of Generation alphas. The last alphas will be born by 2024, like the tail-ends of Zers.
Zoomer here (Born in 2004). I seriously hope that we and our other previous generations can help guide this new one through our own experiences. While I am more than happy to see humanity progress and will be interested to see how the Alphas do in the future, I’m also concerned for their future in these tumultuous times. That being said, I’m more than happy to help the Alpha (and any other generation afterward) develop and become as good or even better than their previous generations. The next generations are precious, and god only knows we need a intelligent and decisive one to start making things right in the divided and quarrelsome world we live in today.
Generations after Gen Alpha. 2012-2025 Generation Beta: 2026-2039 The Red Planet Generation: 2040-2054 Generation Ultimate: 2055-2069 The Solar Generation: 2070-2084 The Golden Generation: 2085-2102 Generation Platinum: 2103-2118 Generation Infinity: 2120 till 2200
It will most likely considering how things are looking it’s scary how much happened from 5 days ago this comment was written, I hope another Great Depression doesn’t happen.. then the government which I’m sure they will be more aware and hopefully by then everyone will get the checks and support they need.
Yes, that is pretty true. Though some parents don't have social or don't choose to share their children on it but it does seem to be pretty common, at least in the U.S. and some other countries. Thanks for the comment!
Hi, Im an Gen Alpha. I was born on 2010 ye I was supposed to be an Gen Z but ye. As the newest Generation, I promise that We will try all our best to change the world's perspective. Its okay zoomers :')
@@denisesiddon7241 Oh I see, well it really is too early to say! There is a decent chance she will be in Gen Z after people define these two more officially in the future. It wasn't even so long ago that Pew for example revised the Millennial end year/Gen Z start year.
Hi, i'm a person from gen alpha (11 years) and honestly, i do not care for coments that older generations male about us because we will be teens in the future and they willd be like the old ones. I think generations are like this: Baby boomers: 1940 - 1960 Gen X: 1960 - 1980 Gen Y: 1980 - 1994 Gen Z: 1995 - 2009 Gen Alpha: 2010 - 2024
They shouldn’t even be around yet, not until 2021 or after. The boomers are 1945 up to 1965. Why are the next generation shorten. Why are late 90s babies and ppl born in the year 2000 called Gen zs and not Millennials🤔? That would make sense, given Gen Y starts in 1980 or 1981. Late 90s kids grew up when old school technology was still around at those times, like the DVD player or the Big screen TV. Gen X, Gen Z, and Millennials need to have their years extended. Gen Z should be 2001 to 2021. A generation should be 20 years and no less.
The Baby Boomers are typically based around the generational phenomenon which was the post-WWII baby boom. The later generations were shortened to reflect common experiences and characteristics in a changing society (at least according to some of the people who determined these years). Plenty of people agree that generations should be longer, though. Strauss and Howe who have their own theory (Strauss has passed, though) have generally gone in that direction. They use slightly different years. There are just a lot of different perspectives around all of this. I try to address most of them while focusing on what tends to be more common/popular. That is a reasonable argument for Millennials / Z too. The idea seems to be that Millennials come of age during the new Millennium. Ultimately, I agree that the name could have worked for the following generation as well.
I like “the saviours” coz they are what is going to tear down the remnants of the entire system to the floor so they can inspire the next gen new ways for humanity
With them being called Gen "Alpha" and 3:40 "The Saviors" as another option, kind of tells you the dude was watching too much of the Walking Dead 😂 while completing the survey.
I think there are benefits to technology but there are certainly downsides as well. Glad you're able to find a balance. And I actually crochet too! It's a nice activity.
i've heard a rumor that white bread can kill you but i still eat it, why? because it's delicious, i know you weren't telling ppl to stop but i felt like typing this comment idk why hope i didn't come off as rude
@@calliopeblue2303 You better hone your craft, many will think like you are and the amount of ‘artists’ will increase. This will mean you have to compete far harder to claw your way to the top.
@@BirdTurdMemes With the increase of artists more animation companies will open adding more jobs for animators, with gen alpha creating more unique company’s more jobs will open and the more new types of job there is the less chance a robot will have been designed for it
Hi, so right now there are people who would say Gen Z and people who would say Gen Alpha. So it's a little early to say! You could probably say either for now
@@mayocat3865 There you go :) Some are also using Zalpha for the cusp but I think 2010 will probably end up being Z anyway unless we shift Millennials more
i’m a gen alpha.. i’m glad i’m not associated with dream stans and straight tiktok but um- i hope my generation won’t be messed up *cough* covid *cough*
Yes, it's such a big thing it's surely having an impact, just what and how much may vary. But to some degree we all are feeling some effects! And you may end up having your own silly things, we all tend to 😛
I heard that Gen Alpha will be more dependent on their parents that's why they won't moved out of their parents house until late 20s or even beyond. Yep that's sounds ridiculously embarrassing especially to Gen X and Millenials but we kinda already seeing those trends in the more late Gen Z so that trend will probably continue more to the Gen Alpha.
Some of the speculation comes from the idea that they will be in education longer, but we don't know for sure that they will be with all the available options for learning online. There are certainly other things that could factor in, though like their physical and mental health, the economy, their life skills, motivation, etc. Right now I think they are too young for us to know, but it is possible.
I know I’m late but as a gen alpha I personally would like to move put as soon as possible, I feel it would be better if I was more independent and and dependent on my parents, but of course this is my opinion and I probably will vary.
me too my 2nd grade teachers were gonna teach it in 3rd grade but i moved over summer and never learned it now when my mom writes her signature in cursive i get jealous
Late zoomer here. The amount of gen alpha kids in this comment section is crazy! They really are more mature than us. Much more curious and informed Id say
@@TheGenerations1 Thanks too. I actually have the list of possible names for future generations that started with the gen alphas. I hope to share that in the near future.
@@goutamboppana961 Thanks! I am just happy for this young generation. I hope they make it to become the generation that will expand the reach of humanity in space.
I'm a Gen Z/ Zalpha depending on your terminology of choice. I think Gen Alpha starts in 2010 and will end in 2023. Gen Beta would start in 2024 and end in 2037. So to speak, my children would be probably Betagammas (cuspers). My own terminology makes me a Z though. Alphas use more tech, but as algorithms get stronger and them being the last generation to not have online class as their first class. Also ai and stuff. They're like the Gen X millenial dilemma, too early to learn personal computers fully and too late to live a large portion without personal computers. So Gen Z will be more tech savvy than Alphasimho
Yeah, it is kind of crazy. Researchers have said there tends to not be so many differences between people at the end of one generation and the beginning of the next compared to looking at them as a whole.
That's okay! The end of Gen Z / beginning of Alpha isn't really defined yet. I think it might be shaped around COVID, but not sure how! Just curious, what do you think would be appropriate? Let's try not to have negative perceptions of these generations as a whole, though!
Why use the word 'Generation'? Its already taken by Generation X. Millennials, Baby Boomers dont use the word. 'Gen' Z and 'Gen' A is too unimaginative
I don't mind them but it is true the names have been criticized as uncreative. I think one positive about just selecting a letter is that it doesn't come with other strong preconceptions/connotations (maybe not Alpha though lol). A bunch of other names were proposed for Gen Z (I have a whole video on that: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tA1HX4S_MNM.html) but so far none of them have been super popular. Sometimes Zoomers is used, though. For both generations but particularly Gen Alpha we could see a change in the name. Time will tell. I think it is too early to give them a more creative name at this point since we don't know all of them yet.
@@lemonymelody6107 Oh okay! Well both have good uses. I have both too though the iPad is pretty old (was used) to it can't handle many programs. Sorry about your phone! One time I had one get wet from walking somewhere in the rain when it was in my backpack and then it had problems.
@@TheGenerations1 yeah, tbh I think I've seen 2012 the most, and I think most people agree on 2012 (including me) And I also saw 2015 - 2030 somewhere, so I think 2012 is a good half-year between 2010 and 2015. I don't agree with 2010, because it said Alphas are kids of Millenials, and about 60% of 2010-2011 kids' parents are from gen x (if are not, so VERY early Millenials), so that doesn't make lots of sense, 2012 does though. the average age for someone to have a baby is 26, which makes 0 sense because I have never seen a 2010 or 2011 kid with a parent older than them in 26 years. Also I have two nephews born in 2011, and once I was at their b-day party, and their friends and them acted more like gen-z than people born in like 2005. So I do believe it is 2012, interesting to see what will be in the future!
@@namee466 Yes, people aren't having children quite as early and parents can influence a generation so that is something to consider. I'm curious to see too!
Gen alpha started in 2010 and is going to finish in 2024 and gen Z is way different than gen alpha because gen Z was being raised will the internet was barley being alpha generation the are raised with good technology and gen Z and millennials never used the internet until now because it sucked back then so millennials and Gen Z are kinda raised the same and I have no idea why millennials are all like gen Z is going to be doing there gay dance because the truth is the majority of gen Z also grow up with the same dances as millennials and gen alpha is the one with there tiktok dance and some millennials are all like all you guys do is be on your phone yet they are the ones that give there phone to there baby so they can be quite I'm done talking thank you I rest my case
@@Pmp_258 Even in the U.S. the end year for Gen Z isn't really set yet (since Gen Alpha is so new)so you could be Gen Z here too. But certainly different countries can treat things differently.
as a gen z i guess im not the youngest generation anymore. also why are generation alpha so mature? when i was that young i was the least mature thing in the world 😂
@@TheGenerations1 Most likely, I would say that the reason is sad but true. The reason is, we mostly have millennials for parents and that means they have a different mindset. This means that what they think depression or anxiety is different from what it is now, so it is likely unnoticed when a child is struggling from these things. Its just easier to keep stuff to ourselves in this case.
@@awakeat3am Oh, I see. So mental health issues may sometimes appear differently in younger people today than in the past so the Millennial parents don't necessarily recognize it. And maybe being introverted goes along with that?
