Great video. I have a Doosan G25 that runs for 15 seconds and shuts off. I think it's one of the sensors because the engine runs great without the governor.
Thanks for this awesome video But I want to know this, I know that the governor helps to regulate the engine speed based on the active power requirements on the generator, but if the generator has an ECU would it still need a governor?

Sir, good evening, i hope u will answer my question..i have to ask u some favor, like, My genset is not starting, the battery is good, also i tested the speed controller dc supply , 11R, and module but all have giving enough voltage, but my genset still cannot start,its just cranking...but if ill give supply to actuator directly from battey it will move and start but dont have proper idle because of direct to batt connection..can you help me with this one sir..thank you for your kindness godbless😊
hi, thanks for this information. mitsubishi disel engine won't start electrically but starts by manually adjusting fuel by hand. i noticed no voltage from mpu. tried several mpu sensors with no positive results. what do you advice i do? thanks

I am working on John Deere generator. It will start say after two cranking attempt but will not start again afterwards. It usually display ECU and low fuel level. What could likely be the cause?

Sir, i have SDMO generator with APM 303 module. It is showing error of generator shutdown and also low battery voltage/ alternator not charging. The generator is not starting in auto mode. I have to manually provide battery power to fuel solenoid. I have also checked by replacing new APM 303 module but problem is still there. Kindly let me know how to fix this. I have the same problem and it's one of the sensors. My unit is from 2014, so it doesn't provide a specific code. I have to check the voltage provided by the sensors to see if they are correct.
hi, I have a generator that is not starting but is cringing and when I mesure the voltage for tue battery it normally 13 volt and when I'm starting it drop till 8 volt is that the problem of the battery

Hi sir... I get a genset i started smoothly and sound but the next day failed,i've found that the problem is with actuator that fails to receive power from engine speed controller. Kindly assist me please from there what should i do to troubleshoot this matter
Sir if I start up Generator and it starts up and runs like normal for 14 seconds and then goes into Starting attempt mode 0/3 and then starts again for 3 more attempts similar to the first time I start it and it starts up normal and goes off after 14 seconds for 2 more attempts. It cranking 5 seconds later and for 3 more attempts it goes to fault code fail to start. Please advise sir what could be the fault.
I’m having a problem with Genset controller 7110. No power on controller itself at all, I’ve checked all breakers is on, emergency button is off, key is in on position, battery charged. Don’t know what to do, how to turn conntroleer on
@@DieselGeneratortraining Thank you! I’ve checked terminals, one of B- wires wasn’t properly tightened to terminal. By the way, I’ve started generator it’s worked for 10 seconds and then shut down with message “power generator over frequency shutdown”. Is this message about problem with 50/60HZ frequency or something else ? couldn’t find anything in manual about it. Thank you in advance!
