Genesis 29 Bible Study 

I feel sad for Leah every time I read her story. It's fitting that the Lord Jesus would come through Leah's lineage.

I had only thought of Jacobs side of the story I had never thought about Leahs this was a great chapter that brought a new perspective and it had such a beautiful ending message thank you 🙏🏼

Poor Leah - that ache to be loved was so visceral in this chapter. But I'm glad it brought her closer to her connection with God and his love which is the greatest of all

The Lord visited me 22 years ago when I was in the loneliest place in my life and the first thing He said was I will never forsake you. He comforted His child when there was no hope anymore and He gave hope. I know this does not happen to everybody but rest assured He WILL NEVER leave us or forsake us

Jacob is quite a piece of work, I like how God is dealing with him. Jacob is being tricked for what he did to Esau, paying with his time. Time, our most valuable recourse. God bless

What an amazing story of Love and one so deep that it only becomes apparent many centuries later when we realize how many people follow Jesus Christ today. We never know the impact our lives have on this world and yet we go around like we're insignificant 🙏🏽❤
