In this video, Dr Smriti Naswa, a consultant dermatologist at Fortis Hospital Mulund talks to us about hereditary patterns of hair fall in men. After puberty, it s seen that men start to lose hair from different spots on their head, like the temporal recession and it leads to hair loss on the top of the head, with har left just on the sides and the back of the head in the shape of a horseshoe. This type of hair fall is genetic and you can get it from either of your parents.
The doctor tells us that since this is a genetic condition, the medicines and treatments provided for hereditary hair fall don’t cure the genetic problem, the medicine just stops the gene from attacking the hair as long as you consume the medicine. There are many medicines and lotions available on the market, but FDA approved are only two, one medicine and 1 lotion, and these are prescribed to the patient after a thorough examination as there is an SOP to be followed to prescribe these medicines and lotions. The expected timeline for this treatment to work to prevent further hair fall is 3-6 months.
Before prescribing medicines for hair fall, patients are tested for any nutritional deficiencies, because that could add to the genetic hair fall. So along with the medicine, the patient can improve their hair growth by following a healthy lifestyle which includes a balanced diet and regular exercise.

डॉक्टर हमें बताते हैं कि चूंकि यह एक अनुवांशिक स्थिति है, इसलिए वंशानुगत बालों के झड़ने के लिए प्रदान की जाने वाली दवाएं और उपचार अनुवांशिक समस्या का इलाज नहीं करते हैं, जब तक आप दवा का सेवन करते हैं, तब तक दवा जीन को बालों पर हमला करने से रोकती है। बाजार में कई दवाएं और लोशन उपलब्ध हैं, लेकिन एफडीए द्वारा अनुमोदित केवल दो, एक दवा और 1 लोशन हैं, और ये पूरी तरह से जांच के बाद रोगी को निर्धारित किए जाते हैं क्योंकि इन दवाओं और लोशन को निर्धारित करने के लिए एक एसओपी का पालन किया जाता है। आगे बालों के झड़ने को रोकने के लिए इस उपचार के काम करने की अपेक्षित समय सीमा 3-6 महीने है।
बालों के झड़ने के लिए दवाएं निर्धारित करने से पहले, रोगियों को किसी भी पोषक तत्व की कमी के लिए परीक्षण किया जाता है, क्योंकि इससे बालों के झड़ने में अनुवांशिकी बढ़ सकती है। तो दवा के साथ, रोगी एक स्वस्थ जीवन शैली का पालन करके अपने बालों के विकास में सुधार कर सकता है जिसमें संतुलित आहार और नियमित व्यायाम शामिल है।

I have face a lot of hair loss since many years. Like someone mentioned here, the antihairfall kit from littleexttra cocconioon is the only solution that truly helped in fighting my hairfall. Neem wood comb was also beneficial, but ensure to use the genuine neem comb only and refrain from fake ones. I put on the hair oil once a week and leave it throughout the night and remove it with shampoo hair cleanser and conditioner, and then detangle my hair with a neem comb. This entire approach worked well for managing hair fall.

I stopped my hair from falling out and made it grow more by using LittleExtra cococonion oil mixed with rosemary oil once a month for 4 months. It worked! I also used LittleExtra's cocoonion shampoo mixed with water once a week to make my scalp feel better. Then, I started using LittleExtra's Neem Wood Comb and Massager, which made my hair even better.

I'd like to thank you, Mam, for your helpful explanation. I also have a hair fall story to share. After the Covid pandemic, I was experiencing severe hair loss, with 140-170 strands falling every day. I tried various hair treatments, such as serums, oils, capsules, and gummies, but none of them worked. After conducting extensive research, I decided to modify my diet, consuming more protein-rich foods while reducing my consumption of white flour and sugar. I also engaged in warm-up exercises to increase blood circulation, and I stopped using chemical hair products, replacing them with Littleextra Cocoonion Natural shampoo and hair oil for hair fall control. As a result, I only lose 10-15 strands of hair per day, which is normal. If anyone else is experiencing excessive hair loss, I recommend following my approach.

The hair on my head began thinning significantly after an extremely stressfull period in my life. Consequently, I researched the net & opted to experiment with a hair oil called litttleextra coocoonion & a comb made of neem wood. The results definitely made a difference. Now, I have lengthy, thick, black hair which has grown down to my waist & cut off three times since I began using it. Easy & good. Additionally, equally effective can be massaging your scalp - it stimulates hair growth. You just have to do this weekly. Pretty soon, you will see new hair growing in.
