@@Chris-wp3ew Welcome to the Napoleon Family!! Here's to many years of wonderful #NapoleonMoments and #NapoleonEats. We have some great recipes at the following link, they are certain to inspire: www.napoleon.com/en/ca/barbecues/recipes :)
We were on vacation in London and visited Harrods. We saw a Napoleon Prestige Pro 825, and ordered one as soon as we got home. They are great, I should use the rotisserie more often though.
I am Canada and watching this - we have a new grill bought and waiting for the weather to turn so it can be delivered! We can't wait - looking forward to Natural Gas! The mean she did is amazing - totally doing that!
I love that recipe/style of doing pork. Worthy of a try. I personally would have preferred my potatoes not mashed but to each... Also that is a fantastic grill !!!
Thank you for your feedback! Here is the link to the recipe: www.napoleon.com/en/us/grills/recipes/orange-and-bay-rotisserie-crackling-pork-herby-potato-wedges-recipe. Let us know how it turns out if you decide to give it a try :)
@@TheFizz263 The assembly was a challenge and took my wife and I almost 8 hours. But the quality of materials and fit and finish is top notch. After a year of use I can heartily endorse this grill. It's a monster! The lights really helped during the winter. The searing burner is wicked effective. And this baby can cook anything and make it taste great! Granted, it's a serious financial investment but I would say that it is worth every penny.
Congrats on the purchase of your new grill and welcome to the Napoleon family. We know you will enjoy many great #NapoleonMoments and #Napoleoneats grilling on your Prestige PRO665 :) Happy Grilling! 👊🔥😀

Hi Thomas, Happy early Birthday! You will love the Rotisserie :) And we are certain that apple would work great especially with the pork loin. Let us know how it turns out!
So I tried this a week ago as the recipe in the link in these comments directed - very overcooked by 2hrs. Tried again last night with the back burner on Low, and the side burners on Low. This setup kept the oven at around 300F. Still overcooked by just under 2hrs. But the potatoes were undercooked and needed another 30 min at higher burner settings. So, I think this recipe, as written, just doesn’t work. Maybe without the potatoes (and side burners off) it would work, but not with trying to do both at once. I have a Napoleon 650.
Hi Jay, Thank you for your inquiry. The Prestige 500 lights are operated using a battery pack and the Rotisserie motor uses electricity. Let us know if you have any additional questions. :)
Thank you for reaching out! The recipe says to leave it on the rotisserie on high for 2- 2.5. Please see the link below to the full recipe www.napoleon.com/en/ca/barbecues/recipes/orange-and-bay-rotisserie-crackling-pork-herby-potato-wedges-recipe

Got a Prestige Pro 500 for Fathers Day (in a couple days). Looking forward to having/using a really nice bbq! However…. The manual says not to use the main burners with the rotisserie burner. I called Napoleon customer service today to clarify this and the rep told me to never use main burners with rear burner. Then I see this video this evening. She clearly turns on 2 main burners with rear burner. WTF? This is Napoleon’s own video!? What’s the deal Napoleon is the manual wrong? Is the video wrong? Confused…
I absolutely understand why this would be deemed confusing. I can appreciate your frustration. You should not operate all of your main burners and your rear burner at the same time. This is accurate, as stated in the manual. However, like seen this video, having the two most outer main burners lit at the same time as the rear burner is considered safe and should not over heat your grill. This rule is referring more to operating all your burners at once. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to email webcare@napoleon.com
i will never understand why people dont give a exact repipe, pur some and guite alot and turn on heat tells u nothing... only taht some ingrediance are on the food but not how much, also u have no clue what Themperature, or who thick the meat was to do the math... its like seeing a medival cooking book bevore, cookingbooks were invented with desent descripitons.. and as it was in medival tiems, ever cook will cook it different cuz everyone measures a bit or a good part different... the difference in Temperature will be beween rare and Charcoal... cuz u also dont know how long a cuple of hours is...

@@NapoleonProductstried this recipe and followed the above link instructions to a tee . Even before 2hrs the internal temp was 185-200 F, way too hot. Pork was super overdone. Next time will put side burners at low, not medium. And maybe back burner in medium, not high. Potatoes were great though!
Jesus don't do what this lady is doing to the rotisserie spit...that rod does NOT have the spit protector sleeve that slides onto and locks on the ends where they exit the lid......they're on so the rod doesn't dig into the metal as it turns and gouges the aluminum
