Hi guys, good informative video, thank you. I Have a question, I have a awp 30s, which for some reason is not raising, pump is running, fluid topped up and a fresh battery, I slightly loosened hydraulic lines at the pump and it is pumping fluid. Any ideas? Any help would be massively appreciated. I should add, outriggers are all correct and estops disengaged
@@JacobParkYusuk Hi Jacob. There was a small Valve after breaking somewhere along the track on the machine. Sorry I can be more specific. according to the company that repaired it they reckoned it happened when it was being transported in it's flat down position and got a bad knock or fall which snapped the valve.
When I tern the key to the right all 4 lights are on and I have bothe buttons out and the pump will kick on but it won't lift. What do I do to make it lift.
Thanks for watching our channel. It sounds like you have both the upper and lower E-stop buttons out, key switched to the right (on the lower controls) in order to send power to the platform controls and all 4 of your outrigger indicator lights are on letting you know the outriggers are properly installed. If once you are in the platform, you are depressing the black function enable button (located just below the E-stop) on the platform controller, while simultaneously twisting the lift control to the right (clockwise) for lift and to the left (counter clock wise) for down, you are doing everything correctly. At this point if the lift is still not functioning properly there are several different possible issues. We recommend contacting your nearest Genie aerial lift dealer and schedule a qualified service tech to diagnose the problem.
Thanks for watching our channel. The best way to get parts for your Genie AWP20 push around vertical mast lift is to contact your nearest authorized Genie dealer. Just go to genielift.com and click the "find a dealer tab" located at the top right of the Genie home page.
Thanks for watching our video. The Genie AWP 20-S has been designed so that one person can easily load it in the back of a pickup truck, but it's not ideal for climbing stairs.
