Also a tip for doing diys: where Bethany uses zip ties alot, you can use the floral wire in DT's floral section and there's different colors of wire a lot of times so I match it to my project. So the silver wire would be almost invisible on the cooling racks and look more clean for the pieces you can see the rack part on, and for decor pieces more importantly to look nicer than maybe the organization ideas.

I do like the frame attached the the cooling rack. It would be great for hanging jewelry and if you add hooks it's even more versatile.

These are so neat! I wonder what size does the cooling rack become when you made them into a cube organizer with the DT shelves. They might be perfect for storing 12x12 sheets?

These could be used in place of the pegboard system. I have a feeling that those things will be hit or miss in the stores. S hooks can be used along with different baskets dt has. In fact I'll have to try that myself! The racks are always at the stores. Just looked it up, these come in a box of 24 for $30.

Love the crate idea using the cooling racks to make more sturdy, I'm sure you could just double up & wrap with the adhesive lining sheets you buy there or wall paper or what have you to cover them up.

I liked where you attached greenery & flowers for outside. That gave me an idea. My patio doors open to my living room (small cottage), but the summer setting sun glares directly in my eyes where I sit in recliner. So I thought of attaching this vertically from patio roof cover to block that glare. I wouldn't even need to go all the way to floor as sum is only in top 1/3 of area. Perhaps 2 side by side and 2 more under those attached vertically would do the job. I even have the racks already as they were shelving, too good to toss, in a now defunct greenhouse. Larger than the oven racks, so fantastic for this. Thanks for your creative brain!!

Great video. If you get a couple of cooling racks and zip tie them together you can make a rack for your garden hand tools. Could be attached to a shed, fence, wall. Also a place to hang garden gloves on hooks or in the plastic baskets you demonstrated. Love your ideas Bethany!

@Bargain Bethany- Great ideas. Thanks. Also, I seen another RU-vidr's video, either Chic on the Cheap or another blonde lady, who used the cooling racks as a sunglass/eyeglass holder. So resourceful! and elegant looking. Just put it on the wall using those same clear clip/holders that you used here in this video. Also, can be used as a key holder too. I'm thinking to wrap fabric around one cooling rack, nice and tight, and use it as a reinforcement for the bottom of a cloth bin, like the ones shown in this video or any grocery cloth grocery bag. I don't think it would fit inside of the cloth bins though.

A good tip on those DT collapsible organizers: Place a smaller collapsible organizer inside a larger one to create more stability. You can use a multi-purpose glue to ensure that it stays in place, if you like.

Hi Bethany!! Hugs from Florida!! Love the cooling racks hacks! Hey that rhymes!!! 😃 I did something similar with my spices in my kitchen! Made a spice shelf with the cooling racks and plastic narrow organizing trays from the DT. Spray painted it all black and hooked the trays to the racks with zip ties. If I can find the RU-vidr that I got the idea from I’ll add it here. You actually inspired this idea with ur white rack u did years ago but there’s another RU-vidr I copied almost exact if not exact. Thank you for sharing your gift of creativity with us!!! There’s a little bit of Bethany and several DIY RU-vidrs sprinkled around my home!!

Those things you made with cooling racks, I bet you could bend them so you could put foil and other things on the inside of cabinet doors, bend up to make freezer bags holders, saran wrap, kitchen towels, etc...
