Oh Raina try a slushy of lemon lime and cucumber. It will help take away the burn. My step dad was a 4 star chef from Mexico he knew how to handle the heat. 😊

Raina I've watched a few of your videos and you tend to stop the clock before you finish swallowing all of your food. I notice other eaters will not stop the clock until all of the food is gone from their mouth. Today you started the timer for your 5 minute waiting period before you finished swallowing all of your taco. Just to be fair to other eaters who try and set records you should follow what other eaters do and finish swallowing all of your food before stopping the clock or starting a waiting period.

Mark Mikasa Maybe she doesn’t want to be like all the others, she’s good at what she does lol leave her to it.. Some challenges allow you to stop the clock once the food has gone from your plate I see a lot of other competitive eaters that do this also 🙄😊

Roxanne I didn't say she isn't good at what she does. If you watch her videos and you watch other notable eaters on youtube, namely Randy Santel, Matt Stonie, and the Beard they all don't stop the clock on all of their youtube challenges until their mouth is empty. I'm not sure what the rules are for each challenge but all 4 of these eaters tend to do the same challenges and 3 out of 4 of them finish what is in their mouth before they stop the clock. Just an observation Roxanne.

I'm aware of that strawberry. That is why I said I'm not sure what the rule is for each challenge that was done. I guess its not a big deal since none of the other eaters have complained about it. It was just an observation watching Raina's videos.

Moon man look at all of Raina's recent videos. She now stops the clock after her mouth is empty. That is generally the rule when a challenge is finished. Moon man that is what the general rule is if you watch most eaters.

It seemed really hot, yet it didn't make your hands cramp up or anything, like what usually happens to you. So thats a good thing, yet extract always has a severe after/throat burn, it seems to last along time. But never suck in, that makes the throat burn worse, so does drinking water or ice

I usually eat block cheese, sometimes along with wheat bread when I eat something way too spicy. Mild cheddar is the most helpful. Fresh lemon and lime juice help as well.
