Such a humble man I read his story and he said something that really really stood out to me and I can understand him a little better as a man when he was talking about his son and he said my son is different than I am we know from that story that GGG was raised in a very harsh harsh environment in his son has had the best of everything I took a lot from that when he said my son is different from me I think he meant that he raised his son a lot different then how he was raised and gave him everything that he never had I could be wrong but that's what I gathered either way I want to see GGG win he's a little older now Canelo is a young Beast maybe canelo's time because he has youth on his side but I really am rooting for Triple G

Big forearms help a lot for power. The tighter you can squeeze your fist, the harder your punches are gonna be. If you wanna have more power work your grip strength (along with technique, that goes without saying)

Triple G is awesome. Super tough guy that can whoop most people’s rear ends, but super nice, personable and down to earth! Not a “I’m tough so I have to act tough..” piece of you know what.

Guy showed me a tip once. If someone tries to crush your hand, stick your forefinger out straight and your hand is much stronger. Try it.

I went to school with a kid that milked 8 cows every morning before and after school. In Physical Education, we had a test that consisted of holding yourself in stationary, at eye level, chin up position. This kid was still there at 2:10 seconds and the teacher told the kid that was long enough. Milking cows, bailing hay, and eating good. Farm kids are strong!
