This piece has the atmosphere of Tchaikovsky's October and November, not as much in melodic line as in a melancholy feelings of sadness and loneliness it creates. It must have been a one-sided romance as it often happened to many of us. I can see a lonely lover walking alone under golden trees in the fall remembering the love that has gone away.

The first musical phrase also strongly resembles Tchaikovsky's Old French Song, Op 39, No 17

It reminds me some Chopin's preludes or Mendelssohn's Songs without words. Romantic writing, sweet, beautiful, but a bit out of our time, I'm afraid... Too much XIX century music. In spite of that, the sound and melodic line are charming. Bravo!😊

(2.comment) I am a sound fanatic. Your recording sounds amazing. I am not sure if you are recording with an E-Piano. (Absolutely perfect tuned instrument) It sounds like a big grand piano. It`s fantastic !! I am very interested in what equipment you used to achieve this level of sound. ( Instrument, Microphones, amplifiers, reverbs, sound modules, etc.) I play a Yamaha U1. The sound is good, - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kjo3tV9H4dY.html - but half of the practicing time I am busy tuning individual strings of the piano. It's very annoying. That's why I think about buying an electric piano.
