The fried fish with rich Olive oil, the tomatoes and anchovies: so many layers of flavour it just needs to be tasted. It's also one of the most simplest inexpensive yet delicious Spaghetti dishes you can make. Bravo Gennaro!! 💯

I cooked this today with salmon instead of fish you used, but it was simple, cheap, fast and tasted like a heaven, straight from a italian restaurant. Bene.

Those who live in South East Asia can replace the anchovy in oil (super expensive btw) with Thai fish sauce, and pomodoro tomato with tomato sauce (with additional vinegar / lime juice for that tangy kick). This recipe is awesome btw

I know this recepe! It's awesome, best dish for a date, coz you can actually cook it in like 10-12 minutes, but it doesnt need to hide at all ;) So when the lady comes over, just tell her you were so stressed the whole day, you couldn't get anything done in time, but you'll "work something out". 10 minutes later you present her this incredible dish.. Think about it. She'll be yours ;)

I have been doing this recipe for years, and it is great with every kind of fish and even prawns. Still have problem getting anchoviches, and not using capers at all. Ruccola i just roughly chop and mix with pasta. Amazing and simple recipe.
