WE plane ppl use mostly the over priced Smart packs. A single 6s/4000mah/30c is $100.00. BUT, if u didn't know, they are self storage. (& Adjustable storage with THEIR smart chargers. After 72 hours, they go into storage charge)

Damn 72hrs is too long for it to go into storage mode. If a batt is left fully charge for them 72hrs, cells will almost always be unbalanced by then.

It would be nice if you could get the battery life picked up on your Spektrum radio with a non-Spektrum battery, but we know how the proprietary game is played. I do like the battery life indicator and the automatic discharge feature too.

Just used them and review truck took a hit literally battery life indicator fell off luckily I found it was able to snap back on also battery pack slightly separated was able to snap back that was the downside otherwise great power and run time will see how they hold up.

Whats voltage Sag and temp compaired to their bashing series bud? I know bashing series volt sag is not the best overall but with high mAh it helps the sag. Great vid non the less! Keep up the great work bud!👍

dam that is awsome !!! i love arrma videos . i really cant wait to get my 1/5 exb roller going ! i really think that im gonna get some scorched titanium drive shafts , skidplate , axle guards , chassis ,steering hub plates , then their carbon towers and center torsion brace . i got my 3.8 velocity rims for the 3.8 mud slinger tires . im ordering a 777 reefs servo , a set of proline Ultra Reservoir Shock Caps and a set of rpm arms for spares . im still stuck on motor and esc . i just want some thing that will last wile not killing my wallet like a max8 or 6 ? really dont want to buy 6s or 8s batteries . i have 6 sets of 2s hardshell new wave packs .

@@sampuhhupmas5666 thats what i have for plans for the entire build . ive had the truck for a month and STILL cant get a straight answer on what esc and motor to use . i just want it to last . im not new to this but ive raced r/c nitro and oval 4cell sk mod . even did snowbirds 1 time. never done 1/5 scale electric . to be honest i wish i could run nitro in this truck its way cheaper
