Join me for this 20 minute gentle flow standing yoga practice, which is accessible to anyone who is willing to give it a go. The intensity of the postures will be able to be determined for you by you. I hope to present enough options as we move through the sequence that you will be able to find the right amount of work and depth within the postures to suit where you are at today. As always, the most important thing to consider is not to take it so deep that you lose the connection to a smooth and steady breath flow. If your breath gets strained or choppy simply back out of the posture to a point where your breathing can even itself out. So, let's get to it...
