In a way the whole storyline about whether or not Lorelei is a gold digger or not makes me think of a scene in an Audrey Hepburn movie 'Sabrina'. I don't remember the exact words, but the gist of it is: "Democracy is a very unfair thing. If a rich man married a poor girl, everyone would say how fine and democratic it was of him. But no one would ever call a poor girl democratic for marrying a rich man."
You have a great face, and are easily as attractive as Marilyn. I say that as a straight woman. She got men because she had that breathy voice, and was conscious of her appeal to them at all times. She walked, spoke, dressed, and acted in a seductive way. Men love that kind of thing.
Looooved your reaction ! It's the first video of yours I've seen and now I'm going to binge them. I love that you just get the movie. Some people don't get the jokes .
And besides - what about all the men throughout the centuries who'd only consider marrying a woman if she had a dowry? Would anyone call them gold diggers?
A terrificly written and acted fun comedy that most younger generations just love to over analize, everything that should be said about this story is said in the dialogue. Just enjoy it as it is.
The man who coined the phrase "gentlemen prefer blondes" obviously never met the girls from Africa.😄 Another great reaction, Stella! Here's to your next one! 🙏😊💜
