No- almost though. You should modify the last step. You need to put the rubber band closer to the bun so you don’t have to create another loop. Pull the single hole over the center bun and tuck the rest
Okay, so, my hair never holds in those kinds of buns. Even if I put it up for overnight heatless curls, it's sooo resistant and just slips out of the updo. It's wavy/frizzy, about 2 feet/60cm long, medium porosity. Any tips form fellow rebellious hair girls?
Its just a bun, people need to understand that messy Buns are Buns you put up quickly while on the go, I do them all the time and have small bits of hair sticking out of it 😂
I was thinking the same thing - if that was a messy bun I think I have a chickens nest on my head- cause I love me a good messy bun. But that, that is a nice crispy pretty bun
Having that much hair is not all it’s cracked up to be! Lol. My hair is so long and thick, that I could probably wear this bun for maybe 20-30 minutes before my neck and head are in throbbing pain! 🤣 There are so many styles, and cuts that I have wanted over the years, and I’m always told “your hair won’t do that, it’s too thick” but…but…I can make it work. “No. You can’t” 😭
Seeing a hairdresser, like yourself, look at these and go "what? How?" And trying to do it themselves not convinced that they did it right is SO reassuring!
I feel like there was a little "video magic" there between her last hair maneuver and them showing the bun where they poofed it up and made it look fuller and more elegant.

@@Sloooorp I used to have really really thick hair and that girl could 100% have naturally thick hair. My hair thinnned (still considered thick to some people) but I had thicker hair at one point so it is possible! Her hair is as thick as my hair now but it can get thicker so don't be so quick to assume.
I think that the hairstyle the girl showed at the end of her video is not the same as the one she was doing before, it just looks different after the transition :/
I always feel so bad when I see hair tutorials that have loads and loads of hair. That's how it looks like to me at least. I lost most of my hair and it's so thin. I can't do any cute hairstyles because all the tutorials are for thick hair. I feel like your hair has at least a regular amount of volume so I can try to replicate some of your stuff. Subbed❤
My goodness, I feel you baby!! Exactly!! It’s looks like she’s got about 50X the amount of hair that I do and all it really does is bring me down. I was pleasantly surprised to find a ton of tutorials for thin hair. There’s one thin little headband braid that’s so easy and cute that it’s become one of my go to styles.
