Bio:
Sefora (Motena) Rangoanana is a researcher, economist and climate advocate. Sefora is a 2021 IMF Youth Fellow and current Research Assistant at the African Climate Foundation specializing in Geopolitics and Diplomacy. The ACF is a grant-making non-profit based out of Cape Town, South Africa supporting sustainable environmental and economic development for the continent. Prior to joining the African Climate Foundation, Seforaworked as a Research Coordinator at the Africa Centre for Evidence. She holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Johannesburg.
