I wonder how much Brecker listened to George Coleman. His approach to the blues here really reminds me of the way Brecker would go outside on a blues.

I always loved Big George's tone.

Great track and a very nice transcription. I like George's sound here, a beautiful medium bright Florida Link tone. It would have been a wild ride playing a trio gig with Elvin...or any gig:)
