He can vote in the state of Florida, unless he is incarcerated. Florida goes by the law of the state convicted in. NY allows convicted persons to vote, however not incarcerated felons. Please don't take my word for it and look it up. I was shocked myself when I heard it. I am saying it simply; not verbatim legalese.

America NEVER saw trump coming. The politicians probably saw it, but they didn’t tell us. The few that did try to tell us, got shut down. Our shock, while warranted, was unrealistic. If we had been informed 20 years ago we were heading down this path, I think we would have come together, and trump would never have even tried to run in ‘16. But, should’ve would’ve and could’ve is no help now. This is going to take years to clean up.

A Russian once said that “historically, when Russians are fed up with their leader, they just kill him.” And if Trump loses, the Russians know Ukraine will still get military support from the U.S. Couple that with news coming out that the Russian soldiers are exhausted from the war, with less in numbers, and are now being attacked on their own soil, I’d say Putin’s time is about up. And he knows it. He either ends the war or he’s toast.

At the minimum, we should reconsider lifetime appointments. Perhaps a two to four year first term and then longer terms. But a way to take a judge off the bench if they are not objective.

Absolutely. I think it's actually somewhat irresponsible to keep pushing the question as if it's actually something worth considering. A pardon for insurrection should not be considered as if it's some sort of preventive maintenance. Had the crime been something else, that would be one thing. But when the crime is trying to overthrow the results of an election and stealing state secrets, those are not crimes to be pardoned for. The nation will heal in due time.
