Thank God for the people in the background. Otherwise, I would have thought this was just a slow motion. Taking this to the range

Well I didn't think it was Moe Norman lol. I don't believe 95 percent of what's said about him. An internet myth grown from a few truths and a lot of bs. He was unknown until a Golf Channel "Academy Live Special". I never saw his name once in any golf publication I ever read before that, which is kinda strange for someone claimed to be the "best ball-striker in the world"? Judging by the recent proliferation of content this clearly autistic man appears to have taken many "under his wing" and passed on "secrets". The whole thing is hearsay, built upon hearsay, bs built upon bs and the unreliable utterings of the sad man himself. Try validating any of it without resorting to biased commercial material. I gave up, but I do know many of the claims are simply ridiculous run away exaggerations. Welcome to the modern world of the internet. Nothing new there .... but I must stop my ranting ..... lol

I would be great to know where Davis Love Jr got the idea from... Hogan? Fazio? ???

@@RollYourRock I Use this drill weekly to understand the importance of the release. The physical mechanism of the lead arm slowing down so the trail arm can cross over and help square the face is very enlightening to most of my students.

Wonderful swing mechanics. Those were the days when the legs were softer and more active and the action flowed more. Now everyone seems to stay pretty rigid from the waist down; certainly quite tense. That will probably continue while gymnasiums are are a big part of golf. In many respects the modern swing sucks. It's no longer an art form. It's the product of fashion/fad more than a reaction to new technology. Then there are non-weight shifting systems🤦🏻‍♂️ The key is, and always will be, good sequencing to deliver the stored energy and dynamics of the coil to the club-head at impact. You cannot learn a swing from static pictures; the dynamics are lost ....
