There will never be a better time in boxing as there was when those men were around. Everyone of them were absolute masters at what they did. I always put Ali at the top but Foreman was a very close second in my opinion.

To me, George Foreman is the most gracious heavyweight boxer of all time. That he can speak so beautifully of his greatest rival Muhammad Ali shows how classy he really is. And to come back and win the world heavyweight title at age 45, 20 years after his defeat to Ali in 1974 makes him a truly amazing champion. His love and respect for Ali even after that most devastating defeat is a true reflection of character, which is humble, classy and a true gentlemen. The great era of heavyweight boxing, where the likes of Joe Frazier, Ken Norton, George Foreman and Muhammad Ali thrilled the crowds in the 60's and 70's are over. R.I.P Frazier, Norton and Ali.

I remember meeting George in 1975 July with my family at Jfk airport he was alone but we recognise him. He was a humble man full of grace.we took a photo with him and still treasure it to today.They said he was going through a depression at the time.But I didn't notice any sign of that just a very nice man. Ali was defeated by Ken Norton and Fraizer more then once. This man has put both to sleep in round two. The heaviest punch in the history of boxing. George Foreman. Even today boxing experts can't understand how come Ali, who was not a heavy puncher could beat this "monster". Respect Big George!

Ali came into public view when we needed someone outstanding, someone larger than life to turn us away from an America that was on fire. Some of us expected a Rocky Marciano but what we got was a ballet dancer with an eloquence that challenged what needed to be challenged. And we recognized and respected him for that. He was so much more than a boxer.

Seeing my grandfather, who's the last of his friends, get anxiety attacks from going to his friends funerals, I can see how George would say it's too hard. First Frazier, then Ken Norton, all the great fighters of that era are gone, except George.

George Foreman is a class act, his comments about Ali are a gift. Young people don't know Ali, I wasn't alive to watch him, but I've watched every fight, and everything I could find. Mohammed Ali will always were the greatest, and when I say always, it's a fact. He was far more than a boxer, Ali changed the world, his story is timeless, Ali is a hero, and for 10s of millions he was their #1 hero, and rightfully so

What a gracious man. I never knew how natural and engaging George Forman actual is in real time . Not to mention one of the greatest heavy weight champions ever. Even more impressive was the fact he boxed at a high level so long well past his prime into his 40s . Yes he had lost a step but won more than he lost. Rarely a layup for anyone he faced. Thanks for sharing.
