@@gussstavo That may very well be true. But it happened so routinely in boxing of the day, they learned it is of no good purpose to make a case out of it. Ali had a chemical put in his eyes that virtually blinded him the night he won the title. Was his trainer in on it, or was it on Sonny Liston's gloves? Doesn't matter, he danced a round until the washing off his eyes allowed vision to return. The old days sweet science was more about mob money than we prefer to remember.

He thought his step dad was his real father and after he learned that his biological dad's name was Foreman, he swore that if he ever had children, he will always ensure that they have a name they can be proud of. Everybody knows Foreman was one of the harder punchers if not the hardest in heavyweight history. In Ali’s book “The Greatest”, Ali admitted that a few times while he was against the ropes, Foreman shook him with those strong shots. He also said that he felt Foreman had him out on his feet, but he knew how to recover. And as history showed, Ali’s rope a dope got to Big George .

So charming. So adorable. And this man was LETHAL. He had tree trunks for arms that would just fall on you. Seemed effortless for him. And when his arms came down, YOU went down. Amazing.

George is such a lovely guy! How can you not love this man? I thing that among all the retired fighters Big George is the funniest, the most humble and the most intelligent. That smile is contagious. I do hope he lives forever! Thanks for all the battles Big George. I enjoyed every fight, even the one you got robbed vs Shannon Briggs. You deserved to retire with a win (even if for me it was and it is)!

He is such a nice guy, I cannot believe how a champion who lost his title can talk of his lost like that, He always talks good things about Ali, and how stupid he was in that game. He spend some very rough years after the match , but he gather himself up, and right now he is healthier and more beautiful than every boxer in this age. God bless you George

How he can still speak clearly, articulately, and with such ease, wow. What the. Legend. The fucking literal bombs hes taken in his boxing career let alone in his mid 40’s just blows my mind how he is now. God bless you george!

George is greater than great because of his humility and kindness. Just show the power of Ali... Joe Frazier - George - and others became ultra-famous and loved because they fought the greatest - Muhammad Ali.

George is one of the most powerful men to ever lace on a pair of boxing gloves. I doubt that there is or has been a boxer who could hit harder. His grill is also an essential part of my kitchen. I have one at home and two at each of my parents houses. They have their own and I have my own as mine is the big one to cook for everyone and theirs is the smaller one for when they are cooking for just themselves.

George is a beautiful man. He was a cranky dude BEFORE the Ali loss. We rooted for him when he came back. And when he won the championship. He prayed in his corner after.

What amazes me about Foreman is how well spoken he is, the guy is in his mid 70's and his mind is still sharp as a tack, the guy had over 100 professional & amateur fights and he has shown very little signs of brain trauma.
