Fun fact: The shoes that Jimmy sells really did exist. They were sold through Otomix fitness equipment in the 80's and 90's.

In some scenes where you can see the soles of the shoes, (Kramer putting his feet on the coffee table) you can actually make out the brand names on the bottom of them. The scene goes back and forth between a pair with the logo (strength) and a pair without.

Here’s how to work a cold shower, first start off warm, then start going slowly to cold till your body adjusts to it. Not only does it help cooling down (especially during the summer.) but helps with inflammation when either eating something spices or working out.
