Greeks Speak Lecture Series: "Read Us Some More Seferi," a talk on George Seferis, one of the most important Greek poets of the twentieth century and Nobel laureate, by George Kalogeris, poet and professor of English Literature and Classics in Translation at Suffolk University.
George Kalogeris is the author of Dialogos: Paired Poems in Translation (Antilever Press, 2012), and of a book of poems based on the life of Albert Camus, Camus: Carnets (Pressed Wafer, 2006). He teaches literature and classics in translation at Suffolk University. His work has been anthologized in Joining Music with Reason (ed. Christopher Ricks).
