To be honest...I underestimated George, but remembering that many of those who sparred pacquiao became world champ, shawn porter, mikey garcia, jose ramirez, david benavidez, and now george kambosos..that's the touch of greatness..inspiring others to become a world champ like himself..

Everybody said George was a good challenger for Teofimos first defense and he’s a legitimate threat but as soon as talks of Lopez vs Haney started going around everyone shits on Kambosas and that’s bullshit honestly

Who is everybody? I haven't heard ANYBODY say Kambosos is a good fight for Teofimo. After Loma we heard Tank, Haney, Ryan, or moving up to 140. Before 2020 most of us didn't even know who Kambosos was. But saying he can't fight or anything but We didn't ask for this.

@@gillesdepotter390 it was a voluntary defense so that's irrelevant. He didn't NEED to fight him cuz the sanctioning body did NOT order the fight. Ryan Garcia is Devin Haney's mandatory and yet said he doesn't want to fight Haney. Unless the WBC orders the fight they don't HAVE to fight.

Lopez jr and sr both prove this themselves, when Mike Tyson was pressing Lopez jr about taking on Haney he was fake entertaining it; his father entertained it at first as well, then when it sank in that's when they got serious with the mandatory talk. If it was ordered, and it was really mandatory for him to fight that guy they would have said it from the getgo... It was the day after Teo told Mike Tyson he would fight Haney next, he went back on his word and started making excuses which his fans are making now for him.

Im a fan of Teofimo but damn this Kambosos really look like he's gonna bring the heat on Teo making the outcome very unpredictable. I hope we get some action packed match, and hopefully its not boring unlike that Loma vs Teo fight where Teo had to chase Loma all through out the rounds

All of us looking in and listening can't come close to understanding the amount of work, pain and commitment is required to get to this level, to be chosen as a sparring partner for the GREAT Pacman, I used to box and know how hard that was, so all I can say to you George is now you're there, at the top, and they all want what you have DONT LET THEM TAKE IT. @@isabellamagazine Haney was the mandatory for the guy Lopez beat to get his belts, that guy was clearly too scared to fight Haney, so he basically pulled a Canelo and requested the franchise tag, which saw Haney get his belt without beating his ass; and fans of Teo calling Haney an "email champion" but it's kind of ironic now that just like Lomachenko was running from Haney now Lopez is doing the same thing. He had nothing to lose when he took on Loma, now he has a lot to lose and is showing fear.
