Manny is the most athletically explosive fighter I've ever seen. No fighter can move in and out for 12 rounds and punch with the power he has at his weight. He's so athletic even at his age. Truly a phenomenon.

Loved this interview, gave you so much perspective of why Manny is an all-time great in the sport of boxing. The brutal honesty from Nazim and what Shane said to him after the fight is priceless. Shane Mosley is a great champion and gentleman, but Pacquiao is on another level.

Little Giant Boxing missed the point when Nazim mentioned "spark plug for legs." He assumed height. What Nazim was talking about is Pacquiao is the rare fighter who uses his legs for power. Anyone in the gym can tell you standing up performing military press - a person can lift more, meaning more strength standing up. A person sitting down not using legs lifts less. Also, when Pacquiao implemented plyometics to have explosive legs, that when he became powerful moving up weight. Volleyball players will tell you plyometrics provides burst of explosive leg strength. These are the key to Pacquiao's power as he moved up in weight. Also, Pacquiao has mastered the punch, using all of his body, including legs. Many boxers use their shoulder/back muscle and forget legs. Pacquiao uses all muscles including legs. Sadly, Americans are naturally racially bias. When Americans see Asian, Americans cannot see Asians as powerful. Hence, the accusation of steroids. Sadly, gets robbed when Marquez IV was on streroids. Also, Mayweather used IV fluids to mask drug agents - he used IV at home rather than lawful in medical center. Pacquiao mastered the fight by wearing and fatiguing his opponents. A young pacquiao would throw 100 punches a round. Now, he is older, so he doesn't throw 100 a round, but still uses technique of fatiguing boxers. Except for Hatton, pacquiao wins by fatiguing his opponents thatboxers just fall down. A 12 year old girl can know down a fatigued person any day. Fatigue is how pacquiao wins.

Nazim Richardson is a very underrated coach

I couldn't stand Pacman for Mexecutioning, but I'm so grateful to have lived in the time of the great Pacman. He's no ordinary athlete....them Filipinos are strong physically and spiritually.

Mosley's trainer thought pac had somethin in his wrap so nazim tried to wrap pac's hands himself. And pac told him straight to his face, i punch really hard. Pac then punch nazim in his palm, and nazim was shocked, he felt pain on pac's punch. That's basically the story of this video 😆
