I won't bet on this one. Haney should win, but he's wearing out in his last couple fights. He's fought the much better fighters. He beat Linares, old but still a very good fighter. Heart, power and speed. Devin showed alot. I really don't think Bozo could beat Linares

Storm in a teacup. He took an extra hour to make weight, and managed to come in half a pound under the limit on the second attempt. This says to me he wasnt sucked dry and fighting for his life to make the weight. Someone in the team made a miscalculation which was quickly corrected. The impacts to his recovery will be minimal and will have very little consequences come fight night. Worst case scenario for George is that its a psychological boost for Haney

@@valour4494 Or it was simply user error with those sliding scales during the final cut. If he were unprepared he wouldnt have lost the weight so easily in under the allotted time for his 2nd weigh in. There are some people who cut to within an inch of their life to make the limit. Those people wouldnt have walked off the scales and come back an hour later half a pound under the weight limit. The fact he corrected so easily and quickly tells me it wasnt a huge deal in terms of the impact on his body. If he looked like Conor McGregor in his last few fights at 145, one step away from being a skeleton, that would be a different matter altogether. People are reading too much into this.
