George had a sad childhood. But alot of us latinos can connect eith what he went through. Whether it is drugs, alcohol or being around abusive parents. Whether it is towards their kids or each other. Its what we chose to do as adults to change that cycle. Sad how george lopez and Robin Williams, and many other comedians can make us laugh but inside they are hurting 😢

this really speaks to me, i grew up without my dad either, he left when i was 3, i only have one memory of my dad...i vowed to never become a parent because i would never risk being like my dad or have to worry about my child all the time and all, its a fucked up world and i dont want to bring a child into it, especially when i myself dont know if im responsible enough to care for one, being a parent just isnt my thing, if i do somehow end up with a child id be there every day, even more than mommy...i didnt have my dad and ill be damned if i wouldnt be there for my child...its things like this that make me want to use my first big check when i turn pro to start an orphanage or something to help children who need love and support in their lives

Mis papás se mudaron a México y siempre me he criado rodeado del español porque así me comunico bien con mi familia en México y aquí en Texas. a veces me caga que un pocho no sepa hablar bien el español. Igual pienso que otra gente se sienta igual cuando su misma familia no hable bien su idioma. Como hispanos necesitamos estar bien conectados con el español ya que se habla por todos lados. Es una gran desventaja para nuestros futuros hijos no poder pasar un idioma tan importante.
