With a job at the family bakery, George juggles more than just dough - he also balances exercise, sleep, and routines in promoting his health. George reflects on his journey from uncertainty about his future due to his CF to finding purpose in cooking and eventually running a successful business.
George's secret ingredient for him to lead a fulfilling life is passion.
Despite his worries about relationships and starting a family, George found his slice of happiness with his wife and little son, Leo.
Now when health challenges pop up, George stays optimistic, thanks to advancements in medical treatments that allow him to keep pursuing his passion, cooking up a storm!

His previous endeavour, 'Lifexpectancy,' a conceptual hip-hop project, delved into his journey overcoming the hurdles of CF and learning disabilities to lead a fulfilling life.

Through his lens as a filmmaker and photographer spanning nearly two decades, Raphael crafts poignant and visually stunning narratives that offer profound insights into the lived experiences of those with cystic fibrosis.
