You're a liar. Bush went to war with total Congressional support. That makes it an act of war by the United States, not just one man. Also, Al Qaida, the dogs they are, were all in Iraq, and other countries, at that time. Saddam Hussein was insane and had killed thousands of his own people, the Kurds, with chemical weapons (that is a fact also), was a threat to Israel (Tel Aviv?), was a mass murderer, and I could go on and on.
